Johanne, I liked it! I read it because I liked Alif so much. I thought the first 3/4 of the book was really good, thought the end was not quite as good, but overall I liked it a lot. Definitely worth reading! Enjoy!

The only state we have left to fill in is Kansas. Has anyone read “In Cold Blood” this year...maybe for monstrous character or crime genre? I can’t think of any other books I can recommend set there; does anyone else have an idea?
