Could a librarian please delete this quote? I don't recall ever leaving it, and it's clearly in error. If this is something I can take care of, please let me know how. Thank you.

Removed the quote (since there were no likes and the quote was just one word).

This is the correct quote: http://bit.ly/1Ut3BVf
“Better was it to go unknown and leave behind you an arch, a potting shed, a wall where peaches ripen, than to burn like a meteor and leave no dust.”
At the very least it should say "than" instead of "then," indicate that the quote has been condensed, and exist without a comma splice.
Thank you!

Can you please correct the size of the space between almost and impossible in this quote

I'm the author. Thanks beforehand.

Could you please please correct this quote... It should say "by" instead of "be".

Done, and combined.
Initially I was asking someone to modify this false quote:
https://www.goodreads.com/quotes/553-...
Because it is a "paraphrase" (actually, a summarized interpretation) of a statement that is two paragraphs long. It should be simply deleted, but it is such a common misquotation, that it would be more educational to leave it and mark it as a FALSE quote, while providing the REAL text as follows:
-------------------------
"All this was inspired by the principle which is quite true in itself that in the big lie there is always a certain force of credibility; because the broad masses of a nation are always more easily corrupted in the deeper strata of their emotional nature than consciously or voluntarily; and thus in the primitive simplicity of their minds they more readily fall victims to the big lie than the small lie, since they themselves often tell small lies in little matters but would be ashamed to resort to large-scale falsehoods. It would never come into their heads to fabricate colossal untruths, and they would not believe that others could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously. Even though the facts which prove this to be so may be brought clearly to their minds, they will still doubt and waver and will continue to think that there may be some other explanation. For the grossly impudent lie always leaves traces behind it, even after it has been nailed down, a fact which is known to all expert liars in this world and to all who conspire together in the art of lying. These people know only too well how to use falsehood for the basest purposes.
From time immemorial. however, the Jews have known better than any others how falsehood and calumny can be exploited. Is not their very existence founded on one great lie, namely, that they are a religious community, whereas in reality they are a race? And what a race! One of the greatest thinkers that mankind has produced has branded the Jews for all time with a statement which is profoundly and exactly true. He (Schopenhauer) called the Jew "The Great Master of Lies". Those who do not realize the truth of that statement, or do not wish to believe it, will never be able to lend a hand in helping Truth to prevail."

But realized I missed a comma in the first sentence between "give out" and "only the."
The quote should read: Everybody wants to have intimate conversations, but the smart fellows don't give out, only the fools.
Thank you in advance!

to Gardens of the Moon by Steven Erikson
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5...
I had it selected when I created the quote but when the page reloads because of the recaptcha it deletes the choice of book one had.
Thank you very much (:

This was the quote I added
https://www.goodreads.com/quotes/7606...
Due to the captcha, the book I originally selected in the dropdown bar isn't linked to this quote.
Can someone help me attribute it to:
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...
Thanks much

I shared this quote via my kindle and accidentally highlighted an extra word. Can you please delete "back" ?

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...
Can you help me? :)

https://www.goodreads.com/quotes/1305...

which is read like this:

so the third paragraph is merged with second paragraph.

I found this book: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... so I suspect the quote can stay.
