While the author is American, for many years she traveled regularly to Monkey Mia in WA to study the dolphins there. It is a delightful book - very easy to read.

I'm very glad I read The Crossing Places first as it referred back to that one. Chuffed to say the killer was on my list of possible suspects. Now I have another nine books in this series to enjoy!!

Marianne (cloggiedownunder) | 10009 comments While I prefer fiction, now and then a non-fiction book catches my eye. Elizabeth Macarthur: A Life at the Edge of the World by Aussie author, Michelle Scott Tucker is a fascinating look at an Australian icon.
