Tommy Hancock (tommyhancock) | 318 comments I finished The Ask and the Answer (Chaos Walking, #2) by Patrick Ness and loved it. Better than book one, which I also loved.

Started Monsters of Men (Chaos Walking, #3) by Patrick Ness last night. I'm sad for it to end.

Yeah, I don't get out much haha. My life is basically: read, write, play music, work, eat, sleep haha.

You will LOVE this trilogy. And there's 3 short stories I didn't know about either, so more Chaos Walking for me :)

Eve (arweneve) I'm reading Percy Jackson's Greek Gods!!

Both very good, now back to the MoM!

Immediately opened up Snowscape (Chaos Walking, #3.5) by Patrick Ness after that. I liked it, but it made me mad haha. Made me want moooore!

I'm currently reading Zot! by Scott McCloud and will start The Alchemyst (The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel, #1) by Michael Scott within the next couple days.

Audryaunna, you read more books in a week than I read in a year lol! If I ever need a book recommendation, I'm coming to you! : )

Angie, I know how you feel. I'm still chugging through The Dream Thieves (The Raven Cycle, #2) by Maggie Stiefvater . It's not that it's not well-written, it just seems like nothing is happening.

The List by Siobhan Vivian

I just started it. It's interesting, and it's the first book in a while that I've read without first person narration.

Megan (megantron119) | 486 comments Nila wrote: "How are you liking it so far? :) "

I just saw this! I loved Before I Fall! I read it a while back, but couldn't remember any of it. Did you like it?

Megan (megantron119) | 486 comments I started Shatter Me (Shatter Me, #1) by Tahereh Mafi today. I am only on page 47 and I love it already. Best $2 I ever spent!

message 219: by Eve (new)

Eve (arweneve) @Erin is that book good? I've been eyeing it for a while but the reviews and disgruntling.

message 220: by Tommy (new)

Tommy Hancock (tommyhancock) | 318 comments I read The Lost Scrolls Air by Tom Mason , an Avatar book for kids. Pretty cool, mostly a recap of some season 1 episodes and then some side fact stuff. Still, if you're a fan of the show, it was cool.

I decided that since Zot! by Scott McCloud is a collection of odd issues, I'll read it on the side as I continue to read novels. So I started reading The Alchemyst (The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel, #1) by Michael Scott It's been a little spotty, but I'm liking it so far.

Eve wrote: "@Erin is that book good? I've been eyeing it for a while but the reviews and disgruntling."

I'm not really enjoying much of it. The plot is okay, but the writing style makes it so boring.

I'm hoping that the Burn for Burn series isn't this way. I have all three on deck.

message 222: by Megan (new)

Megan (megantron119) | 486 comments I am about to start Destroy Me (Shatter Me, #1.5) by Tahereh Mafi then I will be moving on to Unravel Me (Shatter Me, #2) by Tahereh Mafi . Love them!

Both are good so far. I do have to say that Zodiac right now is crazy with the jaw dropping at the end of these early chapters."

OMG. I love Romina for that. I think that's why I instantly became hooked!

Tommy Hancock (tommyhancock) | 318 comments The other night I finished a couple books

The Alchemyst (The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel, #1) by Michael Scott which took a bit to get into and felt a bit more info-dumpy at parts than I thought necessary, but ultimately I enjoyed it.

&

Zot! by Scott McCloud which, if you're a comics fan, I absolutely recommend, but if not, I don't think it's essential reading.

I'll probably start The Magician (The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel, #2) by Michael Scott by tomorrow night.
