I just started A Monster Calls and am already really liking it. Just the author's note in the beginning was amazing.

And BL,LB wasn't my favorite of the series so far, but still so, so good. Really excited for the next book :)

Yeah, it was recommended to me by a friend because I loved this comic I Kill Giants by Joe Kelly which is one of the biggest tearjerkers ever(I highly recommend it, btw) so I'm ready for some feels.

I didn't really like Gone Girl when I read it. I kept thinking that it was cheesy - like Lifetime movie cheesy.

I really couldn't get into it. I have heard such great things about it, and heard the movie was amazing, but literally at most 6 pages into it and I was done! I may try again, but right now I found a good book!

The Kiss of Deception (The Remnant Chronicles, #1) by Mary E. Pearson

So I ordered this one over the summer but got scared to read it. I am so glad I decided to read it (with a little encouragement from Tika and my friend Holly).

Cheryl (cawils_99) I finished both Cinder (The Lunar Chronicles, #1) by Marissa Meyer and The DUFF Designated Ugly Fat Friend by Kody Keplinger and they were great. I loved both of them and I can't wait to get Scarlet (The Lunar Chronicles, #2) by Marissa Meyer .

I really need to pick up this series. I've always been a bit hesitant for some reason, probably because I have commitment issues with trilogies & series lol

Yes I hope you read the rest of the series soon, it's so good. How did you like The Duff? I read it last year, and I thought it was okay.

As of November I think, I'd never heard of Patrick Ness. Since then I've read Chaos Walking and AMC and I am just obsessed with the man's words.

I actually really liked it. It's not what I expected so that was refreshing. The fact that it was a stand alone was great as well. There aren't enough good ones out there.
