5.1 Night at the Museum
I read François Couperin and the French Classical Tradition by Wilfrid Mellers with the GR mp genre of Music, beginning with the “M” found in MUSEUM.
10.4 Birds and Bees I read At the Mouth of the River of Bees: Stories by Kij Johnson. “Bee” is an insect.
30.5 Tessa Vanessa’s Name Game
In the random generator, I got the following names:
Algernon Waller/ Berenice Hollands/ Hortense Langer/ Camilla Carl/ Twyla Bobel
I had included “Czech” as a language possibility, hoping to get Vaclav, Havel, Milan, Kundera, Franz, or Kafka – but none of those names showed up! I happily settled for these:
Book 1. I read The Preacher by Camilla Läckberg, from name-generated Camilla Carl.
Book 2. I read The Thieves of Manhattan by Adam Langer, from name-generated Hortense Langer.

Darn it all! I swear when I started out this challenge, François Couperin and the French Classical Tradition by Wilfrid Mellers had some ratings and a mainpage genre of "Music." I did not think I would have to get it verified, as it obviously is about music. -- But now, suddenly, there are no ratings and no genres on the main page. Arrrrrrgh!
I will move François Couperin and the French Classical Tradition to task 5.10 From Your Collection.

15.3 -Women’s History Month
I did the one book option here.
Read a book with a main page genre that includes "history" or "historical".
AND
Read a book written by a woman. The author’s gender should be evident on the Goodreads author page or provide a reference. Male authors writing under a female pen name do NOT work.
Katherine Swynford: The Story of John of Gaunt and His Scandalous Duchess by Alison Weir
30.2 – Schatzie's Task: Castles and Other Historical Sites
Opt. 1: Neuschwanstein & Hohenschwangau are two castles located in the same area above Hohenschwangau in Bavaria. King Ludwig II spent the summers of his youth at Hohenschwangau, and later had Neuschwanstein built, but he died before its completion. He also built two palaces in Munich. King Ludwig II was eccentric but beloved by the people.
Read a book with a main page genre of biography, stand alone or embedded.
Bobby Kennedy: The Making of a Liberal Icon by Larry Tye
I read the Kindle edition. The paperback here has 608 pages.
**Bobby Kennedy is a Big Book (608 pages). Claiming 1 BB ticket.**
Opt. 3: Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial Site: this concentration camp was the first of its kind. Visiting this place made the day a very somber one. Read a book, nonfiction or fiction, with a main page genre of World War II, embedded or stand alone.
