For me a Million Suns was that middle book most dont like but get through it to move on to the next book, I myself thought it was decent but not great.

I liked A Million Suns but I liked the mystery of it and the experience of finding out the reveals one by one of what is really going on.

Phoenix2 | 69 comments Finishing up Mortal Engines (The Hungry City Chronicles, #1) by Philip Reeve just in time before the movie is out. I have to confess, it wasn't what I've expected and I'm a bit disappointed...

A.Roma 🇵🇸 (man-u4kb) | 19 comments I am currently reading The King's Men (All for the Game, #3) by Nora Sakavic The Upside of Unrequited by Becky Albertalli

I am literally on the edge of my seat reading The King's Men, it is so bloody intense my heart can't take it anymore!

Victoria | 259 comments I just finished Muse of Nightmares (Strange the Dreamer, #2) by Laini Taylor and loved it. I am sure whatever I read next will be a bit of a let down after this one. I didn't want it to end. :)

Sara | 1037 comments Finished Kingdom of Ash (Throne of Glass, #7) by Sarah J. Maas Two week ago and loved it. Read Rise of The Witch (Phoenix's Ashes #1) by Rebecca Ethington and it was different. Now I am devouring Frost (The Frost Chronicles, #1) by Kate Avery Ellison

Victoria | 259 comments I just started Bridge of Clay by Markus Zusak . Looking at the reviews, it seems to be a completely love it or completely hate it kind of book- I guess time will tell which side I end up on. 2 chapters in right now and I am on the fence.

What's so odd is I think if I had read it, it probably would have. But I listened to the audiobook, and the narrator was just soooooooo good.

You can focus on one pic or even click on the pic icon and it will tell you about the book and even take you to the book !!

Shera (Book Whispers) (sherabookwhispers) | 152 comments Finsihed up my 3rd reread of Witchling (Otherworld/Sisters of the Moon, #1) by Yasmine Galenorn and it's funny to say that with every reread I enjoy it more and more.

Debated between Skyward (Skyward, #1) by Brandon Sanderson and Out of the Easy by Ruta Sepetys . Settled on Out of the Easy as this author has been on my radar for so long and I keep meaning to check her out. Check out the very first paragraph:
My mother’s a prostitute. Not the filthy, streetwalking kind. She’s actually quite pretty, fairly well spoken, and has lovely clothes. But she sleeps with men for money or gifts, and according to the dictionary, that makes her a prostitute.

Awesome! Now I'm super excited!

Hi Laura! I can't speak for all of the moderators, but I know for me I fell out of reading and stepped away so I have been MIA from Goodreads for quite awhile. I checked back on here this morning because I have the reading bug again and wanted to see what everyone else was enjoying, it was sad to see that this usually very active thread has gone silent. I've started a new 2020 thread, not sure if anyone will join in on there but hopefully we can get more discussions going. I know I need some more updated suggestions for sure!! =)

I miss the challenges too, the Dystopian one was what made me love that genre so much!
