It's definitely written in the first person - the whole series is. After finishing it, I realized it qualifies for 20.9 as well - Angel actually ends up in the hospital because they thought she OD'ed. I just forgot to put it on there. I'll correct the post.

The reader was Nadia May. Pro: able to do various accents for the various characters Con: British-type accent spoken rather rapidly. I did not try to slow it down, though, with the speed option that was available in Overdrive.
