Carry On by Rainbow Rowell for YA lovers. The title is literally taken from Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody.
I'm thinking of "Change of Heart" by Jodi Picoult. There are several songs with this name, most notably ones by Tom Petty and Cyndi Lauper.
Message in a Bottle by Nicholas Sparks (Sting)Since You've Been Gone by Morgan Matson (Kelly Clarkson)
A YA fantasy Aladdin retelling: A Whole New World
A new adult romance: Blurred Lines
Many of Ian Rankin’s Rebus series have titles from songs - I think the first may be Hide and Seek (Imogen Heap). I’ve been wanting to reread the series before the newer ones - it’s been at least 13-15 years since I read the earlier ones.
The first title that came to mind could also fill the "LGBTQ+" category: She's Not There: A Life in Two Genders by Jennifer Finney Boylan
For the Beatles fans in our group, here is a list of 64 Beatles songs used as book titles.http://thewhynot100.blogspot.com/2014...
Where'd You Go, Bernadette has gotten that episode of Big Bang Theory stuck in my head, when he proposes to Bernadette by singing her the song.
For anyone who's looking for some short reads for some prompts, or if you're trying to complete the challenge with children's books or if your children are doing the challenge, here are some books that will fit this challenge perfectly.http://www.readbrightly.com/picture-b...
Isn't Let the Right One In a reference to the Morrissey song Let the Right One Slip In? Even if it's not an intentional reference, the English translation's title is the first line of the song, so it counts. :-)
Suezq wrote: "Do you think "Scuse Me While I Kiss This Guy" would qualify? I mean, it isn't the actual lyric. :-)"
I would definitely count that!
I would definitely count that!
Emanuel wrote: "I'll read1st to Die or2nd Chance or3rd Degree."Oh yes!!!I Read the first one, and I will do the 2nd for the next book in a series and the 3rd one thanks to your suggestion! Thank!

Wishin' and Hopin' is another one of his that fits this prompt. A quick Christmas read.
I’ve had Animals Strike Curious Poses by Elena Passarello on my TBR since it came out because the title is a lyric from a Prince song! It’s a collection of essays written as biographies of famous animals.
Every Wild Heart - "Wild Heart" is a song by DaughtryThis is Not a Love Story - "This is Not a Love Story" is a song by Juliana Theory
Shannon wrote: "I Never Promised You a Rose Garden was a book I had planned to read this year but didn't. Apparently it is also the title of a country song."It's a really good country song. one of my favorites.
I was listening to some Christmas songs today (I know, I know), when I came upon one - The Winter's Tale by Shakespeare, if anyone fancies reading a play
Books with titles that are also lyrics in Doors songs (I'm sure there are more!):
It Happened on Love Street (this is probably the book I'll read, so I probably mentioned it already!)
Been Down So Long it Looks Like Up to Me
The Crystal Ship
Crystal Ships
L'America
Hello, I Love You
Hello, I love you
Love Her Madly
Wishful Sinful and Yes, The River Knows
Soul Kitchen
When the Music's Over

Moonraker
Diamonds Are Forever
From Russia With Love
Goldfinger
For Your Eyes Only
Thunderball
The Spy Who Loved Me
You Only Live Twice
The Man With the Golden Gun
The Living Daylights
Some of these titles also have books by authors other than Ian Fleming, but I'd be here for ages adding them all!
I'm going with Only Human since in the song by Rag'n'Bone Man this title is repeated throughout the whole song, and I already read the two previous books and loved them.
I think I'm going to do And The Band Played On which has been on my list for a while; it's about the AIDS epidemic.
Born to Run - The Boss! It also happens to be his auto-biography. Was supposed to get around to it this year and didn't.

I listened to the audiobook this year and really enjoyed it (and I'm not even a Springsteen fan)

Tytti wrote: "another is a dystopia I don't feel like reading On the Beach ..."On the Beach is one of my favourite books and it's not really a dystopia (that words gets used too much these days) but a story about getting on with life when you know the end of the world is unavoidable (nuclear war has happened in the Northern Hemisphere and it is set in Australia as they wait for the fallout to hit them). It's incredibly sad though.
I might do Peace like a River (since the title was taken from ‘It is Well with My Soul) or Since You’ve Been Gone for this. Or Mabel Carry On

Will definitely be doing Go Ask Alice by Anonymous (Beatrice Sparks). I’ve never had a desire to read it but I love the song so why not?
I don’t think anyone had said this one... Animals Strike Curious Poses by Elena Passerrello. That’s from When Doves Cry. She also has another one called Let Me Clear My Throat.
I think I'm gonna read Here I Am by Jonathan Safran Foer which is also a title of (and a line from) Tom Odell's song :) It turns out there's also a book called Louder Than Sirens, Louder Than Bells (Drumming Song by Florence + the Machine)
Looks incredibly sad: You Don't Have to Say You Love MeAnd much less so: You Don't Have to Say You Love Me
I’m going with Ron Chernow’s Alexander Hamilton, but Lin Manuel Miranda has a much shorter book (Hamilton) he wrote for the musical as well. All the songs from the musical are great for this, and it works for the star play/musical prompt as well.(Sorry for book links, I’m on my phone.)
Mary Higgins Clark uses a lot of song lyrics in her book titles:Silent Night
I'll Be Seeing You
The Cradle Will Fall
Let Me Call You Sweetheart
As Time Goes By
All Through the Night
He Sees You When You're Sleeping
Deck the Halls

I loved Smoke Gets in Your Eyes: And Other Lessons from the Crematory so I;m going to read her new one, From Here to Eternity: Traveling the World to Find the Good Death for this one!
I’m a huge Allman Brothers Band fan. If you’re interested in the band, I recommend the following: One Way Out: The Inside History of the Allman Brothers Band
My Cross to Bear
There are also numerous books titled Midnight Rider.
