Finished Howards End and Jayber Crow, both really good. Continuing to work my way through The Count of Monte Cristo and The Iliad.
Starting As You Like It by William Shakespeare and True Grit by Charles Portis.
Started yesterday at the seaside The Couple Next Door - creepy, I need a break from mysteries on child abduction!!! - and this morning The Night Watchman, that is really catching me!!!!
I have just started The Lincoln Highway.Having thoroughly enjoyed this author's previous books I hope my expectations aren't too high.

Being a Nebraska native (grew up in a house just a block away from the Lincoln Highway), and also a fan of A Gentleman in Moscow, I’m also looking forward to reading this one.
I'm starting
The Suck Stops Here by Kristen Painter. It's book 4 in Painter's First Fangs Club paranormal (vampire) series.
Listening my way through the later books in the Amelia Peabody series. Right now I'm on Children of the Storm. So fun! Also reading the next Witccher book, Blood of Elves and Mansfield Park, among others.
I am reading
The Lincoln Highway by Amor Towles. The genre had me a little nervous but Mr Towles excellent writing has soothed away all my worries.
CR:
A Body at the Altar: An utterly gripping murder mystery you'll read in one sitting by Dee MacDonald
Started yesterday late afternoon - so only a few pages before dinner! - The Reading List
that if I remember rightly someone here suggested to me.

I'm reading Mansfield Park by Jane Austen again. I can admire Fanny, and Austen's writing, but I still don't love the book. (:
I'm opening
A Fatal Feast by Kathleen Bridge. It's the 6th installment of Bridge's Hamptons Home & Garden cozy series.

You by Caroline Kepnes"
I loved this book, Christine. I hope that you enjoy it too. ❤📚
Wining and Dying by Daryl Wood Gerber. It's the 10th installment in Gerber's A Cookbook Nook mystery series.
