Updated message 42: 12/15As a related aside, if you like dystopia, I can't recommend enough the Silo series by Hugh Howey (Wool, Shift and Dust). In addition to marking off three colours for this challenge, it is by far the best dystopia I've read in quite some time. And OK, I thought Dust was slightly less excellent but it still got a strong 4 star rating from me.
Update message 200: 12. Read a book with a Metallic color in the cover (gold, silver, bronze, etc...). The Watchmaker of Filigree Street by Natasha Pulley.

Just completed #14 (color in title) - White Teeth by Zadie Smith. I was not a fan of this book. The writing was ok. That's about the best part of this book. I found the characters difficult to relate to, the story winding and unresolved, and overall, rather boring. The only slightly interesting part of the story ended with no resolution. Not worth reading. 2 stars14/15 Round 1

Thanks, Winter!
Hello we do a similar thing in the Library I work in and its really popular, in the past we've done seasons, authors with the same initials as staff. Our latest venture are titles with the word Monkey and or chimp
Update message 200: 10) Brown-Jungle: A Harrowing True Story of Survival in the Amazon by Yossi Ghinsberg.
Just completed another #7 (light blue) - The Pleasure Palace by Kate Emerson. Rather standard Tudor novel. The main character is someone much discussed in Tudor history. The writing was a little simple. The characters lacked dimension. Not bad but not great either. 3 stars3/15 round 2
Completed my 2nd #15 (describe color) - Daughter of Smoke & Bone by Laini Taylor. This book started out very slow and a touch teen angsty. However, once the world was revealed and became more intricate, it got very interesting. Writing was good and characters were complex. Definitely worth reading! 4 stars4/15 Round 2
