Sallie Henshaw | 1 comments My goal is all 52 as well. I started a specific shelf for this so I can add books as I get ideas. I'me going to scroll through for ideas here as well, but the ones currently throwing me are # 12, #21, #35(I'm not going to read The Shining), and # 46.

I read a lot and am not very picky about genre, so that makes # 12 and # 46 more difficult. I do tend to stick with romance, sci-fi/fantasy, and non-fiction in general, but I do still read historical(both fiction and non-fiction), non-fiction, and mystery.

I'd love any suggestions for the #'s I specified, and I'll be updating this list as I pick out books.

1. A book recommended by a librarian
2. A book that's been on your TBR list for way too long- The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
3. A book of letters - Dear Scott, Dearest Zelda: The Love Letters of F. Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald

5. A book by a person of color
6. A book with one of the four seasons in the title
7. A book that is a story within a story
8. A book with multiple authors

15. A book with a subtitle-How We Got to Now: Six Innovations That Made the Modern World

17. A book involving a mythical creature
18. A book you've read before that never fails to make you smile- Let's Pretend This Never Happened: A Mostly True Memoir (I've only ever listened to it, not read the paper version, but I laugh so hard. I wonder if I'll have get something little different out of it.)

Lauren (liveandlauren) I'm going to do all 52! I'm nervous about this year's list, simply because of the over 800 page book and the one that takes place over a character's life span. If anyone has any ideas for these (preferably YA), let me know please!

I would imagine there are probably some listopia lists that feature books set on or around Halloween. That would be the holiday I would think would be most popular outside of Christmas. Other than that I am sure there are quite a few romance novels that take place on or around Valentine's Day.
