Mass Funeral

Lol today I was grinning from ear to ear the entire morning.

The bus picked us and dropped us off to shift to the other vehicle, which had not yet arrived by the time we reached. So whilst S2 and I were talking as we waited for it to come, I noticed a familiar woman crossing the road coming towards me. It was my Math teacher from my old school! She was my favourite teacher there - well, she was the only normal teacher there. I was super happy to see her. I legit pulled out my earphones from my ears and asked her how she was. She said she was fine and asked me how my brother and I were. Of course she remembers that idiot's name! I was soooo happy because I haven't seen her in over a year.

Then the vehicle came, picked S2 and were at a signal five minutes away from school, and our bus was right behind us honking like crazy. There are three vehicles under the service and the third one was also next to the bus. All three vehicles raced and reached at the same time. We were all laughing like crazy.

Only after I reached class did I realize that all the teachers were lazy to take classes. Things made more sense when B and Iz told me that a Math teacher's husband passed away, and they were going to the funeral. The teacher had taught us for a week in the beginning of the year, so it was kind of depressing. So most of the teachers went to the funeral. Our afternoon session looked like: Math, English, Math. The Math teachers are gone, so we had two free hours. B left in the tea break.

So in the middle of Zoology, M suddenly said, "All three of you turn back." When B, Iz and I turned to face them, and she was like, "On Thursday, we were all planning to go out to *name of a place I've never heard of in my pathetic life* to eat and take pictures. Will the three of you join us? Tell us tomorrow." She looked at us expectedly, and B said she'd ask her mother and I'm just like 'B-b-but I'm supposed to be dead by Thursday.' I mean they are inviting me to eat and take pictures. Well, I'd take pictures of others, but not of myself. And I'm supposed to wear something I hate on that day, and the last thing I want to do is hang out for more than five minutes after the programme is over in that ridiculous outfit.

Only that Physics teacher actually made us write, but eh screw Physics. H2 didn't bring her lunch and since I had eaten mine in the tea break, I accompanied her. She ordered something different from last time lest she would get it late, but the dish we wanted last time was in plenty. And H2 ended up getting her order a little late, but I helped her finish it before the bell went. Either way, the teacher wouldn't come, so we took our leisure time to get back.

Back in class, we were talking about birthdays (and how all of them were kind enough to forget mine), and Iz confidently said, "I know K's and B's birthday is on the same day. May 5th." The rest of us burst into hysterical fits of laughter and clapped so much because.... May 11th. They were like inseparable last year, and beginning of this year, and May 5th. Then M told her to try and guess all of our birthdays, and all she got was mine because K had mentioned it a few minutes before. M, H2 and I were born in the same month, so Iz ended up getting super confused. She still didn't get K's either, so the girl called B, who had already left hours ago and said, "Hey B. Where are you? K, when is your birthday?" We all started screaming at B to not tell, but she ended up telling anyway. Dang it, B! And then they started talking about that place on Thursday again, and M gave a set of instructions to Iz. Suddenly she was like, "This applies to you as well, Hallie." And then they realized that..... Oh crap, Hallie never goes anywhere, and they were unsure if the indolent girl would even come to school that day. Yeah..... The 'it would be a miracle if I showed up at my own wedding' line popped and K was like, "I'll show up at your wedding." So I said, "Yeah sure, you marry the guy I left at the altar," and she's just like, "Noooo, I'll be there with my husband." Dude, the way she said it was so hilarious.

The next period, the English teacher came and showed us a movie. Everyone shut up while watching, so nothing much here, but the next hour - Math - we decided to go home because the teacher wouldn't come anyway. We left the class with only L and her friend in it, who promised that they would leave as well. L told me to call when the bus was leaving, so I decided to go with my friends to eat. (I'm eating a lot these days, ain't I?) We had just walked out of the gate along with a bunch of other people in our class, and all the Math teachers were coming back. Fuck! The stricter one who acts like a psycho in class probably or probably did not notice us. We were like 'Of crap!' I immediately called L to get the hell away from the classroom, and she ended up coming to the bus whilst I went with my group to try out something they love, but I've never tasted. Well, I saw it, I didn't like it; I tasted it, I hated it. I ended up dumping half of it in the trash, and they were amused because apparently I'm the first to say that.

Then we went back to the building, and I went to where the bus was parked. L was also freaking like us because if they had come to class, we were screwed. They looked upset and we kind of assumed they wouldn't, but if they did..... L even called me while I was eating to ask me what we should do, because after all, she is the class prefect and the whole class just left without writing what we were told. Okay.... We'll be having a mass funeral for class C tomorrow....

The Day We Made A Teacher Cry

Yep, we went to the parlour. I had no clue what to do, and Mum decided on a U shape haircut along with fringes like Ariana's in Thank U, Next (courtesy of me xP). We asked the lady that runs it what would look good. She used to stay in the same appartment and she doesn't charge a lot, which is why we went to that one. Problem was that she made another lady there cut my hair, who kept speaking in a language I cannot understand at all. My parents know it, but Hallie here sucks at languages, right? So that was not so great because I didn't understand what she was trying to ask.

The good side was that Mum told her to cut off exactly how much I've always wanted to get rid off, and now my hair is exactly the way I've wanted it to be! :) With the fringes and all, I'm happy. Although Mum began to laugh looking at me initially. When the fuck is she ever going to be supportive?! I thought my dad would be upset because he never liked it when I trimmed my hair when I was younger, so I was really nervous. He excitedly said, "Nice! It's nice!" My brother didn't even notice the entire night, and he looked astonished when he realized.

As I got into the bus, the driver looked at me and grinned saying, "Who's this new person getting into my bus?" At the next stop, we were waiting for V and someone else who is actually supposed to come to mine, but comes to V's when I call her after getting on. The driver got off and disappeared when she came, so I asked her if she had seen him on the way and for a minute she stared at me and said, "I like the look!" 😅😅

S2 and S3 kept teasing me when they realized. But they didn't say anything rude or negative, so I don't know.... When I reached class, K was outside the classroom and she just looked through me. H2 was inside removing her coat, and she legit dropped it and covered her mouth when she saw me. After I explained, she went out to talk to K and came back in along with K and M. The prayer started after five minutes, and we were all standing and suddenly I heard K cry behind, "Hallie?! You cut your hair?!" I was like, "Took you so long to notice?"

Then our English teacher came in and began to teacher something, and the girl in front of me didn't have a book or her friends, so I shifted front to give her company. Then Iz walked in a little late and since she didn't have a book either, she sat with us, too. She wrote down the stuff the teacher dictated (womens. She said womens. Not apostrophe, plural of woman). Half an hour later, Iz suddenly screamed, "Hallie! You cut your hair?!?!" Either I don't look any different, or I look worse because people tend to not notice.

During tea break, the girl in front were discussing about gender inequality and how one of the girls in the class who is sometimes crosses boundaries and acts pretty crazy. Most people just condemn it saying that she isn't straight, but we both knew it had nothing to do with her sexuality.

The next hour, we had a few seminars and after that, the teacher announced that today is our other Chemistry teacher's birthday and to wish her when she walks in the very next hour in our Botany teacher's place. Of course. By the end of the hour, Iz thought it was would nice if we got her a cake and a gift, and L thought it was brilliant plan. The birthday teacher came and we sang the birthday song, but we still wanted to do it even on such short notice, so L went around and collected money from all those who wanted to contribute, lying to the teacher that it was for notes, and we thought of the perfect gift for her. Although these two annoying idiots in my class kept talking to the teacher and making it obvious we were trying to do this even though both of them were too reluctant to contribute. It was annoying.

L begged the teacher to let her get 'the notes' and dragged Iz along too by lying again. They couldn't come back before the hour ended, so we planned to call them during lunch. The teachers left and these two came back with the cake and gift. We tried to decorate the board, but whilst erasing it, we had to get the cake out of the way, so I had to bring it down to one of the seats in the front, and you have no idea how tensed I was because I'm super clumsy. I did fine, though. Remember those two annoying idiots? Well, they jumped to the front and kept trying to take credit -_- I'm surprised H2 and I didn't strangle them.

When the teacher came along with two others, she was like, "You all lied to me!" Well, the cake tasted really good. Even the teachers agreed that in spite of being planned in such short time, it had come out really well. We got leftovers of the cake and even I, the one that hates cake, loved it. We even told her to unwrap the gift just to see her expression, and the other teacher - the one who informed us - joked that she would scream now. Well, when she opened it and saw what it was, she hugged it and began to cry. Literally. We were like no wait, that's not what we tried to do, but the other teachers assured us that they were tears of joy. We actually told them that they could take the cake and share with the other teachers, but they insisted that we eat the rest. It was worth it. Definitely worth it.

Then A saw me and said that I looked nice with the new haircut, and L legit shouted from across the classroom about it. HS told me what my angel really wanted as a present, so now I can add that to the basket.

Remember yesterday with the Math teachers? Well, that strict one did see us and chastised us for the same as soon as she came into the class. Thank goodness L didn't get into much trouble. And yeah.... My head was hurting all day.

Funny how I had pretty fine day, but at the end, I still want to drop dead.
