No rush!! And sorry you're stuck with me two months in a row ;-)
My pick list is smallish because it's mostly books I need to finish for yearly challenges. Maybe small makes is easier? Feel free to go outside the list if you need to, though, to the list that says TBR Owned.

LaurLa, no problem for me picking for you again - I just hope I come up with some new ideas!!

No problem and no rush! Happy Thanksgiving! And Happy Holidays even if you don't celebrate Thanksgiving :)

I'd hoped to get your picks done last night, but between holiday prep and some other family stuff going on, it just didn't happen...I'm sorry :-( It looks now like I won't get to them until Friday or possibly even Saturday, but I promise I won't forget you!
Thanks for the offer to help with repicks - I've got you on my list!

Here are your picks. I hope you enjoyed them and your holidays.
New Year's Day: New to You:

Valentine's Day:..."
Thank you so much for the picks, Ezinwanyi! :) The new picks (and TBR) look awesome, I see many I hope to read. I usually have more reading time during the holidays so I'm very excited already!

New Year's Day
✧TBR: The Twelve Days of Dash and Lily - Rachel Cohn ~ Latest release on your TBR
✧NEW: The Promise - May McGoldrick ~ I only recently started reading this author duo but they've been around a while. Pretty typical historical romance but I enjoyed it!

Valentine's Day
✧TBR: Remember, No Matter What; Chin Up, Tits Out
- Miranda Oh ~ Red cover andI love the title!
✧NEW: Lucky in Love - Carolyn Brown ~ You've read this author but I don’t see this series on your shelf

St. Patrick's Day
✧TBR: Whiskey Island - Emilie Richards ~ Set partially in Ireland but also has lots of green on cover
✧NEW: Jewels of the Sun - Nora Roberts ~ I really enjoyed this series from La Nora - it's set in Ireland

Mother's Day/Father's Day
✧TBR: Red Blooded Murder - Laura Caldwell ~ I read this series a while ago - if remember, both of Izzy's parents are part of the story
✧NEW: A Wedding in Apple Grove - C.H. Admirand ~ You might like this series - it's small town, homey and a more sweet than spicy

Independence Day
✧TBR: Purity in Death - J.D. Robb ~ Eve fits the bill for fiery and strong - and Eve and Roarke definitely have fireworks!
✧NEW: Fatal Affair - Marie Force ~ If you like the In Death series, you might like this one. Sam is a lot like Eve - fiery and strong. And Nick provides the fireworks!

Veteran's Day/Remembrance Day
✧TBR: Head Over Heels - Susan Andersen ~ H is former Special Forces
✧NEW: The Darkest Hour - Maya Banks ~ This has become one of my favorite series - the H's are all current or former military

Christmas
✧TBR: Merry Cowboy Christmas - Carolyn Brown ~ Christmas Cowboys?? Mmmm!!!
✧NEW: Taming Maggie - Peggy Webb ~ I'm reading this for Xmas-themed December challenges… we both might discover a treasure (or not…)

New Year's Eve
✧TBR: To See Your Face Again - Eugenia Price ~ OH! To see this on your TBR!! I love, love, LOVE her Savannah series as well as her St. Simons Island series. Oh, and the St. Augustine one too. Sigh. I read these when I was teenager. I think she is one of the reasons I became such an avid reader.
✧NEW: Bet Me - Jennifer Crusie ~ Not a new author to either of us but you haven't read this one yet - it's still one of my favorites by Ms Crusie

I'd hoped to get your picks done last night, but between holiday prep and some other family stuff going on, it just didn't happen...I'm sorry :-( It looks now like I won't get to them ..."
No big deal...plenty of time and I won't be reading til Dec anyway! Have fun with company!

Here are your picks.. Hope you find something you like.. :)
New Year's Day: Recommend a new release (within the last 6 months), or a book by an author you have recently discovered and enjoyed.
TBR- One with you by Sylvia Day

TBR – The Wedding Duel by Katy Madison

NEW- Irish Thoroughbred by Nora Roberts

Mother's Day/Father's Day Recommend a book in which a MC's parent plays a part in the story, or a book in which a MC is a parent. Or you can recommend a book with an older MC (paranormals count).
TBR- Taken by Passion by Cheyenne McCray

NEW – Worth the Fall by Claudia Connor

Independence Day: Recommend a book with a strong, fiery heroine, or a book with a lot of "fireworks" between the MCs, or a book with a mostly yellow and/or orange cover.
TBR – My Favourite Husband by Pam McCutcheon

NEW – Ravenous by Sharon Ashwood

TBR- Good Girl Gone Bad by Karin Tabke

NEW- Affair Royale by Nora Roberts

Happy Reading!
P.S. - Happy Thanksgiving to you too! :D I hope you have a good one with your family and friends :)

We didn't have a lot of books in common so I really hope you like these picks.
New Year's Day: These are both authors I've recently discovered. Lick by Kylie Scott. Great story of a Vegas marriage of strangers where the bride doesn't remember in the morning. Plus has the extra fun of the groom being a famous guitarist. Loved the band and read all 4 books fairly quickly. Or check out a UF book where vampires gained rights and vampire hunters were disbanded, but vampires are a threat. Harper is a psychic and can't stop trying to help so she enlists a hot, vampire hunter to help her in Semi-Charmed by Isabel Jordan

2. Valentine's Day: Seduction and Snacks by Tara Sivec has a young mother reconnecting with the one-night stand that took her virginity and gave her a baby. Or check out a historical romance with a feisty heroine and a crotchety hero in Romancing the Duke by Tessa Dare.

3. St. Patrick's Day: Extreme Exposure by Pamela Clare looks like a good suspenseful romance. Or a family vacation with a bit of blackmail reunites high school sweethearts in Exclusively Yours by Shannon Stacey

4. Mother's Day/Father's Day: Fast Women by Jennifer Crusie has a recent divorcee shaking it off and starting to live again after taking a job as a secretary for a PI firm. 'Scuse Me While I Kill This Guy by Leslie Langtry has a woman trying to balance the family tradition of assassination with her young daughter and trying to date for some kooky fun.

5. Independence Day: Eve is a very strong detective who has fireworks with possible suspect, billionaire Roarke in the start of an amazing series - Naked in Death by J.D. Robb. Or see the fireworks fly when Indy tries to help an employee and ends up in trouble and her long-time crush Lee tries to keep her safe in Rock Chick by Kristen Ashley.

6. Veteran's Day/Remembrance Day: Shane has a mysterious military past and he disappeared shortly after marrying Josie, so when he shows up with amnesia they have to work together to figure everything out in Forgotten Sins by Rebecca Zanetti. Or check out a school that readies the kids of different pantheons to fight Loki's chaos bringers as Gwen finds out about her gypsy heritage in Touch of Frost by Jennifer Estep

7. Christmas: The Undomestic Goddess by Sophie Kinsella is a story about the heroine learning about herself after a shock at work leaves her accidently applying for and becoming a housekeeper. Or read a cute Christmas story about one of Santa's hunky sons finding romance in Sweet Inspiration by Penny Watson.

8. New Year's Eve: Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty has been on your TBR the longest (even if it isn't that long) and sounds like an interesting story (it is on my wishlist). Or check out my favorite author who writes under three names. This is her historical name - Amanda Quick and Garden of Lies is a perfect example of her work where the heroines are feisty, the hero's usually have family issues and there is always some suspense.

New Year's Day: Recommend a new release (within the last 6 months), or a book by an author you have recently discovered and enjoyed.

Valentine's Day: Recommend a heartwarming love story, complete with HEA, or a book with red prominently on the cover

St. Patrick's Day: Recommend a book set in Ireland or with an Irish character, or a book with green on the cover or with a snake (literally or figuratively) on the cover or in the storyline.

Mother's Day/Father's Day Recommend a book in which a MC's parent plays a part in the story, or a book in which a MC is a parent. Or you can recommend a book with an older MC (paranormals count).

Independence Day: Recommend a book with a strong, fiery heroine, or a book with a lot of "fireworks" between the MCs, or a book with a mostly yellow and/or orange cover.

Veteran's Day/Remembrance Day: Recommend a book with a wartime setting or with a MC that is a current or former member of the military, or a book with a mostly black cover.

Christmas: Recommend any holiday-themed book, or a book with a colorful cover (at least 4 different colors)

New Year's Eve: Recommend a book that has been on your pickee's TBR for at least a year (or among the oldest if there are none that old), or a book that is by one of your long-time favorite authors.

I had a great time with your picks since our tastes seem to overlap a lot. You made me work some though, since you've already read several of my go-to options for recommendations! ;-) I hope you find something here that you end up loving!
New Year's Day:
TBR: Well Hung - I haven't read this one yet, but it's on my M&G list for the next round.
New: The Substitute - This was an Amazon freebie that I picked up on a whim, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it...looking forward to the rest of the series.
Valentine's Day:
TBR: Animal Attraction - Jill Shalvis and animals...need I say more?
New: Flat-Out Sexy - This whole series is wonderful, and I think this might have been my favorite of the bunch.
St. Patrick's Day:
TBR: Holiday in Death - Not on your preferred list, just your TBR, but when I see Irish, I think Roarke!
New: Come Monday - I like most of what Mari Carr writes, and this series is no exception.
Mother's Day/Father's Day
TBR: Undeniably Yours - Gotta love those Kowalskis!
New: An American Werewolf in Hoboken - Another author that I recently "discovered" - have known about her for years but never got around to reading anything by her until she was the Featured Author. Now I'm wondering why I didn't check her out sooner...
Independence Day:
TBR: Harvest Moon - Robyn Carr is always a favorite for me
New: Fatal Affair - Great kick-ass heroine...think a more well-adjusted, family oriented Eve Dallas.
Veteran's Day/Remembrance Day:
TBR: Midnight Man - Lisa Marie Rice writes great ultra-Alpha heroes with marshmallow hearts when it comes to their women.
New: Hard as It Gets - Another great series by an author that I love...I'm starting to get repetitive, I know! ;-)
Christmas:
TBR: Still Life - I'm not familiar with this one, but didn't notice any holiday books on your shelf, and the cover is definitely colorful!
New: The Stocking was Hung - Short, irreverent, and hilarious...perfect if you need a quick break from the holiday chaos.
New Year's Eve:
TBR: Mine Till Midnight - A few days short of a year on your shelves, but it works because I love the author's work!
New: Barely Breathing - I think I've read everything Pamela Clare has written, and haven't rated anything less than 4 stars...the vast majority received 5 stars from me. I'm currently reading the next book in this series and even though I've just started it, I can see the signs that I'm not going to be disappointed with this one either!
Happy Reading!

Sorry for the delay - I was busy cooking Thanksgiving dinner for my extra large family! I enjoyed looking through your TBR - wow - we both have enough books on TBR that we can read for several years -lol. At least that is what my family tells me anyway (and I haven't even confessed how large mine actually is.)
I tried to give you a selection of various types. I hope you can find something you like. If not, please let me know and I can choose many more.
New Year's Day: Recent release, which I LOVED and couldn't put down: The Weekenders; New author I recently found and think you would also enjoy: Emma Jameson, Ice Blue (I must admit, I binge-read the first four in this series)
Valentine's Day: Heart-warming and I loved it: The Readers of Broken Wheel Recommend; HEA endings, My True Love Gave to Me: Twelve Holiday Stories (also fits the Christmas category below); two from your TBR with red covers: Bound by Blood and Inside the Shadow City
St. Patrick's Day: Ireland - Semi-Sweet: A Novel of Love and Cupcakes (I have this one and haven't read it yet so if you want to do a Buddy Read, we can.); Green covers and two of my favorite authors: The Peach Keeper and Bondage Of Love
Mother's Day/Father's Day: Excellent book with a mother as MC: Baby Love; book with a step-parent who changes MC's life: The Remarkable Life and Times of Eliza Rose
Independence Day: The Plantagenet Prelude - Do they get any feistier than Eleanor of Aquitaine?; Two with yellow covers, also from your TBR: The Girl with All the Gifts and Sweet Honey, Bitter Lemons
Veteran's Day/Remembrance Day: A war in the paranormal world and I loved this series: Shadow of Night; Military MC: Code Name: Bikini or any of the Code Name series - they are excellent. Black on cover: The Sisters Who Would Be Queen
Christmas: Unholy Night, for an unusual Christmas story, and Twelve Days of Christmas, for a more traditional take on the holiday; Multiple colors on cover (plus it looks very interesting): Tempest in the Tea Leaves
New year's Day: Over a year on your TBR: Many Bloody Returns by Charlaine Harris, who is also one of my favorite authors. So I can also recommend by her from your TBR The Lily Bard Mysteries Omnibus and The Aurora Teagarden Mysteries: Omnibus 1; One last recommendation - another of my favorite authors: Three to Get Deadly or any of hers that you haven't read.

Finally got a break from family and eating to spend some time with your lists.
