Sorry to hear that your week was so busy - boo! At least it's Friday? (I hope you're not working Saturday, of course.)
The reason to not go for coverall is just time - we have something like 18 hours left for Bingo, which is a bit short for filling all the squares. By flipping for a new board we should be able to fit most of our books stuck in the bank in slots, getting maximum points. :)

That's two, then! :D
eta: It's one am here so I'm off to bed - night!

The Warded Man by Peter V. Brett
9/9
416 pages
For Snow Leopard as was read by Marie of the Snow Leopards
This was the best fantasy series that I've started in quite some time. Definitely recommend to my fellow fantasy junkies.

Got it. 8-) Thanks

So I was looking at the coverall, which has potential. However, it would be tricky to complete (bored at work again, happens a lot).
we have 5 spots that are not completed.
Knight - I am working on the book. Over halfway, so hopefully I can finish.
Find - Tammie found one for a short book, so there's potential there.
Gate - Bethany is reading, but may not finish, deadline fast approaching
Crime scene - Caly - plans to finish before the end
Death scene - Noone has claimed or working on (Ella mentioned something, but doesn't think she will finish). Could we use one of our banked books. I was looking at Packing for Mars. It's a limited connection, but Space being the final frontier, whereas death is the next grand adventure (to quote Dumbledore).
Thoughts? T-minus, 13 hours

Packing for Mars might work. It does have several chapters dealing with death, especially in talking about things like the Challenger accident and what the autopsy revealed.

I may be able to read the next in this series...these are super short.
Find Me in Darkness can work for death if needed and Find Me in Pleasure could be for 'find'. I'm almost done with Darness one....will read on...finish in a few hours...can bank if needed for next board if Kazen wants to go that route as well.

Safe at Last by Maya Banks
256 pages
Read 9/9/16
I think this one will work for the Grim Reaper:
The heroine (Gracie) can read minds, and she reads the minds of the villains who are planning to kill another main character (Eliza) quite violently.

368 pages
For the square: knight in the title.
Only 2 books left for the coverall! Go guys go!!

Find Me in Darkness, Julie Kenner
115 pages
Bingo spot: Find or death reaper
The MC dies thousands of times after killing his mate. It's a bazaar story about a brotherhood that's trapped on earth...searching for an amulet that will eventually allow them to leave to go back to their dimension. I've read Kenner before...she's a good writer. This one is really different...still lots of sex though ;)
Starting Find Me in Pleasure...should finish in a few hours...

The Butterfly Garden by Dot Hutchinson
288 pages
Bingo square: Crime Scene
Very cool book! A little creepy but if you like the TV show Criminal Minds this book is for you.

Nothing yet, but looking at the teaser in the All About Wobble thread I'm going to guess that it'll be more Olympic-y than Bingo-y. Be rest assured that the mods are adding the final touches as we speak. :)

Way to go team - we rock!! :D

This looks like it can fit many places, so I'm going to leave it for the next board and use Rose's non-fiction for this square :)

End of Bingo Countdown
Current pattern: Free-for-all! :D
Bold goals are unclaimed/unfinished goals.
Considering the lack of time this last board is first come, first serve. I'll be around all day so I should be able to keep on top of things. ^^b

You beat me to it! Thanks for this awesome list :D I think we should go with the 1st in a series, to keep as many picture tasks open as possible 'cause they're more flexible.
I'm super amazed you were able to fit the book into so many squares!

This book will fit the following on our new board:
Z square - main characters first name is 'Zack'
B square - author's last name 'Banks'
Snarling Sabertooths square - book was read by Karen

Find Me in Pleasure

Safe at Last by Maya Banks"
That link you added for Karen's read shelf is the awesome, thank you! Putting it in the Sabertooth square now :)

eta: I'm going to claim the Picture - B square, as I'm almost done with a book and the main character uses the name Bessie to evade capture

I finished

Which has the main characters secretly reading the emails of two others, or "crossing a line" with their privacy.

Yea!

1. Fairy, because in the book, one of the main characters is granted a wish and fairies, in mythology make wishes...?
2. Mountain picture- One of the main characters keeps saying that he's 'on a rollercoaster that only goes up', but in the end he dies (i.e., his roller coaster went down. Just like a mountain- it goes up first and after the highest point, it starts downhill.)
3. Tornado- Tornadoes are defined as nature's most violent storms. Spawned from powerful thunderstorms, tornadoes can cause fatalities and devastate a neighborhood in seconds. Cancer did the same to Hazel and Gus's lives.

Have you read that before? Because three of your five hours may be spent crying your eyes out.

OK, Star Crossed could work for the soccer ball square, because Soccer is a sport, and the book's main page shows it fitting the "Sports & Games" genre... what do you think?

Rose wrote: "Have you read that before? Because three of your five hours may be spent crying your eyes out. "

You're brave to dive into it again after that :) Best of luck finishing on time - gogogo!

I think I like! :)

I have info for you though! From the mods:
"We're going to push back Labors for another 12 hours to give everyone a chance to review the rules. You may use books finished after Bingo ends in Labors even if the time has not officially started yet. If it was finished before Bingo ended then it must be saved for Emerge."
So there's no black hole this round, yea! :D

Find Me in Pleasure
Julie Kenner
115 pgs
Bingo spot: Phoenix (see previous post) or not pregnant test (lots of sex)

Awesome job reading, and thanks for all the options! I went with fairy 'cause it was the shortest explanation ;)
