I read a lot of translated fiction, so Caly or I will cover this one :)

Holding on to this one is a great plan - into the reserves it goes. :) Let's keep an eye on it and see how things shake out.

"Full-blown minotaurism was rare in this day and age....The enchantment or curse or whatever you wanted to call it usually didn’t take with girls.""
If that's the only mention I'm afraid not. We don't have to be too literal with this one, though - I can think of romances that would cover it. ;)

Hehe, thank you! Let us know what you think works best when you finish the book :)

If you have completed at least two books for the main labors you can work on bonus labors. They are a little less pointsy, though, so I'll put them under a spoiler.

I don't know yet, that was just on the first page. *shrug*

I agree- but would rather hold off on using them until later in the event, until we know what's not covered.

Is there a musician in Fifty Shades of Grey? It's on this list.
Is anyone under someone else's spell in HP & the Cursed Child?

Bethany wrote: "I agree- but would rather hold off on using them until later in the event, until we know what's not covered."

Kazen - I put the notes on that other spreadsheet.

Hehehehehe, thank you! :D

Yup. Super yellow. Confirmed. ;)

This works for 4B, 6B, 7E, 8E, and 9D. For future reference!"
Yea multi-taskers! Just let us know which one makes the most sense to you (and the reason it fits if it's not obvious) in your completed post and we'll pop it in :)

Sorry I couldn't get back to you earlier on this one! (Silly work ;)
TA books are bonus and can be placed anywhere, as far as I know. Thank you so much for figuring out which may fit hard tasks - that's a big help! :) Once we get closer to the end we can see what holes need filling and pop in what we can. Yea!

A Honeybun and Coffee. by Sam Cheever
13th sept
243 pgs
12C- heroine/hero takes a shower.
Srry for the very slow reading, but unfortunately this is probably going to be the pace for some time now since iv been working on my assignments. Hopefully i'll finish them fast n get back to reading more.

It also goes with several others that are easy to fill/ taken, like- title with S(skipping 'the'), title with T (keepin 'the'), part of a quartet, name in title, title in title, 300-400pgs etc etc.

Empire of Storms by Sarah J. Maas
Date: 13/09/16
Pages: 702
Works for:
Labor 6B ◈ Read a book where someone is murdered
Labor 9D ◈ Read a book with a murder that happens during the book timeline
Labor 10D ◈ Read a book with a ghost

I just noticed that the book I have been trying to read (but keep getting distracted by hard challenges) has over 100 chapters. Can I claim that labor, 12B? Not sure if it will fit anything else, but I might be in the proper mood to read this one now.

Magic Bites by Ilona Andrews
260 pages

5C 5 covers
6B Murder
9D Murder during book time line

Vicious by V.E. Schwab
Read for: Labor 6C ◈ Read a book where someone is mentally unbalanced (This is so perfect for this book I'm not going to see if any other labor fits unless someone else wants this one, or has already claimed it and I missed it)
Pages: 366
Date: 13/9/16

In Fifty Shades...Christian Grey is the musician...he plays the piano...well! He's not a professional musician though...not sure that would matter though.

So I'm not sure with this one. It's a non-fiction collection of essays written by a female sci-fi/fantasy writer. The essays are always from her viewpoint to the reader. Does that work for
Labor 7D ◈ Read a book where the main character is a writer?
It's not as straight forward as a narrative, but it is autobiographical so I think it should count.

I wish we could get some of the "search around the forum" bonus Labors! I'm good at those!

Ha. For that book it does. I can't say more than that before you read it.

First of all - yea for a shower in a book! Hehe.
Second of all - you have been an incredibly fast reader for us, as the spreadsheet will attest! Assignments are important, do what you need to do. As long as you don't slow much below one book a week (which will feel glacial for you, I'm sure!) you're just fine. :)
