I read it it and liked it. It is geared towards young adults, but I thought it was good.

Thanks for your thoughts on Turtles All the Way Down, Melodie and Patti. I just started it and see possibilities, but it might be hard to top The Fault in Our Stars
For another group's monthly read, I am tackling The Wind in the Willows by Kenneth Grahame. So far, so good.

Couldn't shake it or memories it brought up for weeks. Turtles All the Way Down just annoyed me!

I've finished Turtles All the Way Down, and increased my rating on it from what I thought it would be - somewhere along the way the author caught me up in the story, and I sped through the 2nd half. Still on the fence about what my rating should be, tho.

The Case of the Missing Books by Ian SansomThis mystery involves the theft of 15,000 books from the library that the Irish village council had closed, due to lack of funds. This hilarious story features Israel Armstrong, the Irish Jew (who was brought up and living in London), and who has the misfortune to be hired to be the librarian for this village. Since the building has been closed, he will be in charge of the bookmobile instead, a rusted out bus with no shelves and no books! What is more, he and the bookmobile driver, Ted, discover that all the books that were supposed to be in the closed library building have all gone missing. And Israel, although brand new to the area, is tasked with the job of getting them all back. All kinds of silliness abounds, such as Israel being put up in a chicken coop; and this vegetarian being confronted with meat on every front. This is the first of a four book series, which I plan to continue reading.

I'm reading another WWII book and it's a good one, The English German Girl
Finished The English German Girl which was very good and have moved on to The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay.
On my way to and from work, I am listening to The Woman in the Window by A.J. Finn; which had a shocker of a plot twist (at least it shocked me!)
