in the last week, I have started going to Yoga !

Yes in between tennis, padel tennis, gardening, walking fitting in Yoga twice a week lunchtimes.

Hopefully it will help my back and also my flexibility.

As recommended by my chiropractor, acupuncturist, and Massuer !!

Metropolis is across the river from Paducah, Kentucky. A gambling mecca and yacht basin.

How long have you had MS?

About fiteen years. I have the relapsing remitting type so I'm not totally incapacitated. I have recently started using a can though, bought myself a gorgeous purple one with blue and red flowers.

Ohhh nice that you have a purple cane and that stinks that you’ve had MS for fifteen years and it’s a shame that there’s no cure for MS and I have a medical problem called bronchopulmonary dysplasia and it’s in both of my lungs and I was in the hospital until I was 14 months old and I was a premature baby so I have an oxygen tube in my nose and a g-tube in my stomach

I have to have a CAT scan on the 30th. I hate those things. What's worse is I have to go into to St. Louis to get it done. 3rd time this month I've had to go into St. Louis for a Dr.'s appointment.

Guess they found something during my kidney ultrasound that they want to investigate further, Christine.

The noise and the cramped conditions in that damned tube makes me claustrophobic.

Amber I agree with you about the noise but I don’t mind being in the tube because i’ve had a lot of CAT scans

You're obviously not claustrophobic about them, then, Christine. I am. It's about the ONLY thing that makes me claustrophobic.
