message 2: by Connie (new)

Connie (sunstormsandthunderclouds) | 3978 comments What series is everyone planning on finishing? I'm home tonight so I'm going to make a wee list!

message 3: by Katrina G (new)

Katrina G | 4550 comments I want to get through the Alex Rider series. I know it's a middle grade series, but I've actually really enjoyed reading it so far

message 4: by Tati (new)

Tati I don't really have any plans yet, I'm going to enjoy a laid back challenge, though

I seriously love those books! I read them as a kid and still do as an adult!

message 6: by Abby (new)

Abby | 5404 comments I need to finish up a lot of different series. I've got The Mortal Instruments, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Sherlock Holmes, Outlander, Red Rising, Chaos Walking, and a few other recently released sequels to go through.

message 7: by Victoria (new)

Victoria Scott | 2367 comments I want to finish (or at least read more) Outlander too. Where are you up to?
I also want to finish the Mortal Instruments, and I'll have to see what other series I can find that I haven't finished yet!

I've read the first three of Outlander and just the first of TMI. But the Outlander books are so long and exhausting that I can only handle about one every couple of months.

message 9: by Victoria (new)

Victoria Scott | 2367 comments I agree, the books are ridiculously huge. I'm up to the third one, so I think I'll aim to get through that one next month :)

message 10: by Emma (new)

message 22: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments Onyx and Opal are great. Yay! I'd have to reach Obsidian first though. When are you free?

I'll look through your self for some adult books we can read together later as I'm on my phone right now and heading off to bed. ^_^

I can do the Heir Courtney. And maybe Prodigy and Champion if I can get to Legend first. But definitely the Heir.

message 26: by Courtney (new)

Courtney | 15950 comments I should be able to get to that, but it might have to be late November early December.

message 27: by Courtney (new)

Unfortunately the first two weeks of November are completely booked right now. So it's looking like the best time would be sometime around the 14th - 21st and I'd still have to read Obsidian first.

Heather | 10157 comments totally awesome! I am definitely adding the rest of the lunar chronicles to the list!! I loved Cinder and I finished reading it today!

Berit☀️✨ (berittalksbooks) I'm on Obel on that series, and that's of series I plan on finishing as well as the Charlie Davidson series, other than that it will be a basic free-for-all! Oh and I'm definitely reading Winter, so that series will be done!

message 44: by rachel, x (new)

rachel, x (typedtruths) | 8401 comments @Katrina I LOVE the Alex Rider series! It was one of the first series I ever truly loved and I started rereading the series a little while ago but stopped for some reason. Once you're up to Eagle Strike let me know and I'll try and join you!

@Brooke Oh my goodness, all those Gossip Girl books to get through! It looks like so much!

message 45: by rachel, x (new)

rachel, x (typedtruths) | 8401 comments I've been to the library and gotten a tonne of sequels I want to read. There's no specific list or anything, but I want to read whatever sequels I can and I have lots of buddies planned so I am very excited for the next two months.

But out of curiousity, does anyone else need to read Geek Drama (Geek Girl, #2.5) by Holly Smale or The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner (Twilight, #3.5) by Stephenie Meyer ?
