Dang Connie those Doctor Who books kicked my behind :( i took off next week from work, so im gonna try to get some more points but girl, i think you're too far ahead! i wasn't as focused this month. need to settle down and get to it!

I'm going through my shelves one at a time knocking off my TBR series books! I'm trying to get rid of as many books as possible off my TBR before New Years :P

I have to read Iron Legends to finish a shelf :)

I'm beginning to find myself stuck for what to read. I have so many series that I could finish its just finding the energy to actually start them up again...

Connie, I'm having the same problems! I don't want to start anything new because I want to save them for next year.

Like I could read Let the Sky Fall #2 or some Kindle Unlimited series that I've started but I just can't be bothered :(

I want to read but I'm beginning to get a bit overwhelmed by how many books I could read lol

Oh no! Well, I wish I had some advice for you. Maybe just read a standalone or two? Take the attention away from the challenge and read a book you actually want to - not just because of the challenge?

I have a few Netgalley books I might read because some of them are short enough that I can pull through them in a hour or so :)

I also have loads of stand alones for next month ;)

That's good! I know. I miss standalones so much too. I have a tonne planned for next month.

This challenge has made me realise that I don't actually enjoy a lot of series...in the next two days I want to finish the house of night series and the kricket series to have them DONE

That is unfortunate, I've really enjoyed all the series I've read this challenge!

I hate the House of Night series so much, but they get me points so :P

I've never not finished a book, I even found that I hated book 10 of the house of night series more than my most hated book ever. So. And yeah I'm really proud of myself for not dropping into a slump :)

I need to try and read the last house of night book next year. Can't say I'm looking forward to it though.

thats really impressive youve never not finished a book! how do you continue to read quickly when you dont enjoy a book? i find if i dont enjoy a book I tend to slow down my reading. like the second eragon book it took me 4 months to read 200 pages. i just had to shelve it as to be continued because i hated seeing it on my currently reading for so long. do you just skim read more to get it over with quicker or how do you continue reading a book when you dont enjoy it? x
