I get way too intense about the challenges, so I'll be taking it easy on this one. Only reading books from series I've already started and not doing many buddy reads.

I'm planning on taking these two months easy:) But no doubt it'll bring the competitive side out in me haha:)

I'm always incredibly competitive but I hit such a slump in the past week that I've forced myself through the books I've read today

@Elizabeth Emily I'm currently reading Life and Death so after I finish that how about I PM you and we can organise the buddy for The Second Short Life of Bree Tanner. It's been so long since I read Twilight that I honestly cannot remember who she is (only vaguely) so I hope I won't need to reread the rest of the series to understand it!@Katrina I am pretty swamped so I may not be able to get to it (Alex Rider) so no pressure!
@Brooke I NEVER watch shows/movies before seeing a book unless I didn't know it was based on a book beforehand. I hope you'll like the show just as much then!
@Noella That's amazing! Great job! I've read one already and finished a graphic novel series off. I know they don't count in the challenge, but it's still a good feeling to be able to cross of a series!

while in uni and I feel so weird and meh about this book :/

The story is not what the bio claims it to be. I gave the story 4 stars but a 1 star for not being anything like the bio claims it to be.

Ugh, I have so much homework that I don't have time to read! I probably won't have time until after the 12th!
@Brooke: I'm 22% in and I just feel like this is not my cup of tea. Like alternative universes travel sounds awesome, but I just did not enjoy the way it was executed;;
@RachelI was talking about Connie having already read 3 books (good recovery on her slump!)

I'm avoiding starting new series for now, my strategy is to hunt down all the sequels I have on my Kindle and read them first
Beautiful Creatures and Blue Bloods are the only series I think I'll start because I need to really work through my squillions of sequels
I'm also avoiding starting series, Tati! The whole point of this challenge (for me at least) is to finish all the series I've started so that next year I am free to start new series without feeling too guilty.

I finished so many series this year so for me, the furthest book in a series I need to read is #2;;
