Repost with verification of romance:
Mara rated it 3 of 5 stars · Oct 21, 2014
review of another edition
Shelves: books-owned, adventure
This one was way better than The Sorcerer of the North, The Siege of Macindaw, or even Erak's Ransom. It picks up where The Siege of Macindaw left off - Will is a full-fledged Ranger, he and Alyss are well aware of each other's feelings (but don't worry; it isn't mushy), and Will is making quite a name for himself.
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...
20.2. Rookie at the Top - Puppitypup's Task: Picky, picky, picky!
A. Adventure 178 users
B. Romance: Will and Alyss are sweet on each other
D. Storyline includes a named horse: Tug and Abelard
IL: MG - BL: 6.1 - AR Pts: 16.0
Optional review: This is book 8 of the Ranger Apprentice series which follows several preteens in a medieval society from the time they are chosen to apprentice with a local Master whatever up to this book where each has achieved success in their apprenticed field and are now starting to train others. I strongly recommend reading them in order; they are fun escapism and each ends in a cliffhanger.

Task 5.1 Five Suns
Read a book where a natural disaster is involved in the story.
I chose CATEGORY 7 by Bill H Evans and Marianna Jameson.
Category 7
The reason I chose the book is because it was about weather manipulation where a bunch of natural disasters happened that were created by a mad billionaire scientist and he manipulated a "normal" hurricane into a super-hurricane 700 miles wide and with a force that was beyond the top Category 5 on the hurricane category scale.
No GRA, BB or Gos claimed on this task.
