Am I the only one who hates Annabeth?

It mentions important stuff Jason's done and Percy has a lot more experience. Jason may have been training since he was 2 or 3, but that's nothing in comparison to Percy.

Also Jason has been in Camp Jupiter since he was two. Percy joined the demigod world at 12. How can we surely say that Percy is more experienced in quests??
Well I don't know, I don't think they will let a five year old go on a quest,do you?... Annabeth didn't even go on a quest until Percy showed up...
Annabeth had always wanted to go on her own quest but Chiron never let her
Annabeth left the house at six and survived on her own before Thalia and Luke found her. Till she reach Camp Half Blood, i think surviving with Thalia and Luke had been her very first quest. And I'm not saying Jason went to quest at five, but he had more experience at being a demigod and using his powers.
Annabeth is cool but she can get....unbearable at times
Jason may have a lot of experience after training for ...what, 13 years? I still think Percy would do better in a fight. Again, he's done a lot and changed a lot.

I think that pretty accurately describes it. Jason couldn't have gotten a quest until he was at least thirteen or fourteen, he's currently around fifteen, so he almost undoubtedly went on less quests. And due to the fact that the prophecy concerned someone at their camp, CHB probably had more quests and action in general. Also, the quests we heard about in the books are not the only quests Percy went on- it says somewhere that people got tons of quests toward the end of the war. So I imagine Percy had more quests than Jason, even if Jason was there longer.
I agree to your points. I just wanted to say that Jason knew right from the childhood that he was a demigod and had more experience with magic, Gods, and dangerous stuffs like weapons, prophecies (not like the Great Prophecy of Percy but Prophecies are dangerous). Percy knew all that at 12, and he kind of developed quickly.
WELL...from what we have read....it seems to me that Jason isn't that skilled in battle,or just hasn't been able to show it. I mean let's be honest, he is unconscious at every battle, a Jas-icle, or not helpful at all...
He is helpful(rarely) but Percy has been in TARTARUS. The gods are scared of that. I mean, come on!
Yeah Jason hasn't really showcased his power to its supposed extent. Everyone keeps saying he's powerful but how many examples from the series do we have?I think Jason will come out fully in the last book. Especially since both Hazel and Piper feel that he will be the final play.
I think uncle rick is trying to show us that despite being a son of Jupiter Jason may not be the important demigod on the ship, especially during an attack or battle.

Actually Jason is much more used in a team attack rather than single combat. That's why he gets knocked out real soon when he's fighting alone a great force. But leading demigod army into Mount Tam- piece of cake XP.

Percy's done his important stuff, now it's Jason's turn. I have a feeling it's going to be something better than amazing, since we've seen plenty of AMAZING!

Agreed! Now I REALLY can't wait for BOO! OMG, I hope Jason does something that blows everyone's socks off! XD I'll be infinitely happy if Jason plays show-stopper (Percy's basked too much in glory, don't you think? :P) and forgive Rick for making Nico gay (I mean seriously, RR disappointed me! I had so many ships planned out for Nico and unfortunately, NONE of them were gay :/ )
Have you guys noticed that if we didn't know that Nico was gay, we would have assumed (in the end when Nico was being steely with Percy) that Nico was angry with him for Annabeth falling in Tartarus, and that he still had a crush on her instead of him :P

Yeah i was also shocked of that (Nico was gay). But im not judging him, i'm just wondering how hes gonna come out or if he'll come out at all... Guess i have to wait until fall to know...

The idea Is that he could, if Rick let him, use people's liquid against them, in other words. The human body is made 70% out of water. Wouldn't that just be a disaster. But then again, that's IF Rick wants that or not.
