Am I the only one who hates Annabeth?

It is the lighting. In the dark, my eyes turn dark blue, and in the light, they turn gray/blue.

The lighting, environment, ect. Some people's eyes even change based on emotion. I knew a girl who could do cat eyes at will, so there's that. It all sort of depends.
Looked it up on internet. It is lighting and the reflecting of light.

I don't think he's weak or really mean, but I don't like him since he challenges Percy when Percy is the one who would win in a fight between them. Does anybody notice that Leo, Piper, and Jason are a year younger than Percy and Annabeth?
Yep they are while Nico is younger than them and Hazel is the youngest! Seriously I didn't like the idea of Hazel dating in SoN...it's way too early! Plus isn't she supposed to be old-fashioned because she's born in the 1940's? O.o

I like Annabeth a lot and I would give like anything to be her. But I'am not, and I know I am probably weird but I like have a crush on Percy. Okay I gave away a secret. Hide me ignorance me, forget I exist. PLEASE!!

I like Annabeth, but she can be judgmental and haughty sometimes. Plus there is the part of me that's jealous, because I have a crush on Percy, probably like every fan girl!
Everybody who reads Percy Jackson have a crush on Percy and at least 75% of that population still love Percabeth. It's weird!
Percabeth is based off of real experience. The bond is so great that nothing can stand in the way between them.

Second of all, I hate to this, at first I thought Frank and Hazel had a sort of brother-sister bond because that's exactly how Rick portrayed them in SoN. And even after HoH, I still don't feel romance between them!
Lastly, have you seen how awkward they are? Gods, they seem so forced! Lazel is so much better (don't get me wrong, Caleo is my OTP). It was like they said, "Percy has Annabeth, Jason has Piper and we're sure Leo will find someone so as we don't want to look like miserable lonelies, let's get together however stupid it may seem!" Jeez...come on Rick!

Wait so you can have a opinion on everything but Valerie can't a have opinion about that. And she's right you know, you are rather critical of everything.
Can you explain to me clearly what exactly is your problem with Annabeth and Percabeth is? Because I feel like I haven't gotten any solid reasons from you yet and when I try to ask you, you just ignore me.
I don't hate annabeth but I feel that the author has removed bravery from her character and substituted it with too much dependance and diffidence.

Oh God! I hate it when I have to type these huge explanatory comments. Okay why I hate Annabeth is clear in my first comment: she has become pompous, haughty, rude and like Veronica said,too dependent! I used to like her in PJO but I just cannot like her in HOO. I'm not able to.
Why I don't ship Percabeth: Well that's pretty obvious. If you absolutely love a person and he goes off and starts dating the character you don't like and then that relationship changes him A LOT, (have you seen how mushy and corny Percy has become?) you're bound to not ship it. Yeah, that's pretty much it. And Valerie can have an opinion but she can't judge other people's. And yeah, what if I'm rather critical of everything? It's my choice, my opinion not to mention I was in a pretty sour mood that day and it pisses me off when people judge other people. If you and Valerie like Annabeth and Percabeth so much, I guess you shouldn't have commented on this thread as it clearly says, "Am I the only one who hates Annabeth?" and if you had to, you could be civil about it like other people and joke and fangirl around! I actually made a friend here on this thread (Neha) even though we don't share the same views and she loves Annabeth but well if you want to argue, I'm all for it.

Well let's think about it this way. We are puny and insignificant compared to all the gods, goddesses and demigods. That's why Piper McLean can beat us up in a fight. All demigods are strong. Do remember that they are teenagers that are going through / have gone through puberty. One symptom of that is Romantic Attractions. You start to like somebody of your opposite sex. Or the same sex if you are a gay, lesbian, transgender, bisexual, homosexual. This is why they turn into lovesick puppies.

The only reason Annabeth dislikes Tyson is because a Cyclops hurt one of her only friends. And if you were her and then came R.E.D. hitting on the guy you like you might feel that way too!
