John | 3943 comments Go to Manage Your Content and Devices (https://www.amazon.com/mycd) and select Content. Select Show Family Library, then choose the content type you want to share. Check the box next to the title you want to share then select Add to Library.

Perhaps the method you've bern using to share books has been updated as per the above? Have you tried a different book in case it's that specific title that's a problem?

John, it doesn't work simply, but I fiddled around and was able to add three titles, one by one. It does add the extra step of closing my Amazon count, opening his, finding the audio book, marking it, and then closing his Amazon account and reopening mine. Then doing the same on the smartphones to put the book on mine. Whew!

The plus is that I can listen to my audio book in the morning and later in the day listen to his, without switching accounts during the day.

Before I did not have the additional steps of going to his Amazon account. I hope that whatever they changed in the last app update gets changed back.

Thank you! I doubt that CS would have figured that out.

I heard the frustration in your initial post loud and clear! I had one title that appeared in my audible Library just fine, but no matter what I did, I could not get the Audible function on my Kindle Fire to recognize that I owned the book! The rest of the library was fine.

Kathleen | 362 comments John: When something does not work, it is like an itch that needs scratching! I need to fix the problem soonest. Technology is complicated for us non techies, and it is getting more so.

A good question! Send them an email in case it's something they need to fix

theBookDevourer | 2 comments Has anyone found a way to stop audible audiobooks pausing when reading a kindle ebook on a Kindle Fire? I tend to put on something I've heard before to sleep to but I like to read a bit of something else at the same time. Been through all the options and no luck so far :(

Bikash Roy | 1 comments I've found this article that you could try, though I am not sure this will work 100% as I haven't tried it myself. Here's the link: https://www.readerscare.com/solution-...
