Really? Wow, I need to reread those books
I'd save Lupin and Tonks most of all, because they just had a kid. Their deaths really hurt me. I'd also save Fred because he was so young and deserved more time to live. Him and all the other children lost.
Remus Lupin. The guy make Defense Against Dark Arts some real deal. I want to never stop reading about him... He's my second favorite, after Albus Dumbledore.
Spa wrote: Ok ill agree with u on tht but wat about azkaban for her"You know, Azkaban might have been okay as well. No one but Sirius had ever truly escaped and only a few people knew how he did it.
Maritza wrote: "I would have saved Severus Snape and Sirius Black...and Hedwig!" hry i agree with that why the poor and defenseles hedwig
No one. How could I? the deaths were brilliant. Snape died a hero. Remus and Tonks died in love. Hedwig died helping his owner. Dobby died the way he'd want to. It's cathartic. Deaths were part of the story and I wouldn't change anything about it. No one died without a reason or meaning.

I would probably save cedric too, he was always the strange character. ike in the 3rd book when cedric wanted a rematch even when he won already, I was like "CEDRIC UR SO STRANGE"

lILY jAMES AND FRED. THE WEASLYS NEEDED FRED AND HARRY NEEDED HIS PARENTS. IF HARRY HAD HIS PARENTS THEN MOST LIKLY TEDDY WOULD HAVE HIS OR LILY AND JAMES COULD ADOPT TEDDY.
sorry i forgot i had caps lock on.
Sirius- cause he's just awesomeFred- cause I'm a twin and I can't imagine a life without my brother, no seriously I can't and I'm not being all emotional
Dobby- IT'S DOBBY
FRED! FRED! FRED! did I mention Fred. Ohmigod, he's my favorite character and he didn't deserve to die ok. Like I love him so much. George was never able to produce a potronus again because all his happy memories were with Fred. I know it's part of the stotry, but he could've been saved and for that reason, he should've lived. Along with him, I would've liked Sirius, Lupin, Tonks, and lastly, BELLATRIX, no hate, she has been my favorite villain for ages, not all villains need to die.
Noone... saving characters would change the story. even though Harry lost all of his family he still made friends along the way.. and a new family (Hogwarts). Also I find it wierd that noone would have saved Harrys parents...?
I would definitely save Dumbledore in the series. He's such a cool character, it's hard to have him die!
Nickisha wrote: "EVERY BODY!!!! lolzzz... okay let me lower my numbers. Dumbledore, Lupin, Snape, Fred, Mad eye, Hedwig, Dobby, Tonks, Sirius......."I totally agree with saving Dumbledore. He's my favorite character in the series!

I still can't get over his death."
Me neither. :(

Sirius, Dumbledore, Dobby, and Hedwig needed to die for plot and progression. Fred, Tonks and Lupin died to show the horror of war and that it would leave no family untouched. I really cannot work out one meaningful death that could be undone without altering the story quite a bit. Had she gone through killing Mr. Weasley he probably would have been my choice.
Someone should've saved the audience. Saved us from this incompetently-written, thinly-conceived, and just plain pointless concept in the first place. Brain cells and personalities are the real victims in all this.

It's nice to know I'm not the only one who doesn't blindly worship Harry Potter. I admit it's good, but not THAT good.
