Thank you so much, I just figured out how to read it without a kindle I just log in to my Amazon account and read it from the Kindle Cloud? Which is awesome. I will be reading it soon trying to get the book I am currently reading done so I can watch the movie which is out on Netflix and Hulu. And trying to finish another book to help with my reading challenge. I recieved it so started to skim read a bit. I soon will be immersed in it.

A. Mani (thesunstealer) Talia's Note:

"Every day I meet new friends on Goodreads and it is very important to me to let you guys know when my books are offered for free.
This time I offer you my VERY FIRST book. This book is very dear to me not only since it began a beautiful journey of writing but because it deals with a very painful issue - BULLYING.
Those of you, who have read all of my books probably know that I write about things that bother me the most and that are dear to my heart. It is important for me to deliver the message but I need your help to spread the word so that maybe together we can make a change and stop the endless pain.
We're all aware of the damaging effect of bullying especially on kids. I suffered from bullying myself and I wrote a sweet story so I could handle the bitter one.
Today I present it to you as a gift and my only request is - pass it on to another child, parent or a friend.
Enjoy your reading, Talia"

Line Kragh Turner | 6 comments I just finished 'The Husband's Secret' by Liane Moriarty and as it says on the cover: staggeringly brilliant and literally unputdownable. The last couple of books I've read had very serious topics, and I needed more of a light read.. I was pulled in from the very beginning - it was full of suspense and it was funny and sad. Wow.
I will definitely read more by this author.

Quite hilarious so far, I am really enjoying it. It does get a bit technical (even being a chemist I'm lost at times) but I like it a lot.

I found Virginia Wolf's writing a little abstract. Her language is also a little difficult to decipher !

Yes, I've heard Lahiri's work is pretty good, yet to read her though. I agree on the language issue with VW, its mainly her technique called Stream of consciousness, isn't? But I like it since it got me to slow down my reading and absorb. And somehow i relate to that form of writing, jumping from one thought to another with no connectivity or to the next character without a clear connection. its strange, I'm loving that somehow.

Lorrea - WhatChaReadin'? (whatchatreadin) Currently reading Rich and Pretty by Rumaan Alam

message 2942: by Kelly (new)

Kelly | 55 comments I am almost done with the book " The Choice" by Nicholas Sparks Chapter fifteen was wonderful then I get to Chapter Sixteen and was WHOA! When did this all happen I was confused.
Since its my step daughter book I discussed it with her and said this book is really good, but I was shocked how it went to the two characters falling in love and having a wonderful weekend, to they got married. There are parts missing from the story. They have two daughters the guy could have been a better husband and all that. That was a shock. Her answer was Mom, you have to watch the movie, it fill in the blanks of the book. LOL

message 2943: by Sarah (new)

Sarah I have just finished Fate Ball and I have absolutely enjoyed it! I finished the book in one day. It was a very quick read for me and I barely took my eyes off the book once I got started. I love the concept of "Fate Ball." I had no idea what to expect from the book because I chose it on a whim. I do not think I could have made a better choice. If anyone is looking for a quick vacation read, I give my highest recommendation to Fate Ball. To be completely honest this has quickly become one of my favorite books of all time!

Sara | 102 comments I finished The Vanishing Act of Esme Lennox yesterday. I read the whole book in one day, and it was so interesting to know that how far we have come in recognize and diagnosing mental illness compare to 80 years ago.
I started listening to Salt: A World History last night, and I found this non-fiction book very interesting as well. I didn't know Salt played such an important role in the world of commerce and they used to Tax on Salt as well. I am five chapter in, and can't wait to listen to more.

Kelly | 55 comments I am now ccurrently reading "Fate Ball" Its good so far I am now at Chapter seven. I will get a lot of read this weekend. I just finished with the Choice and did a review, I was trying not to give aways anything. In case others yet to read it. It was my first Nicholas Sparks book that I have read. After wards I watched the movie I will definitely say that I liked the book a lot better. The movie changes somethings like her boyfriend name was Kevin, in Movie he was a dr. Named Ryan. Kids she had were two girls in book, in movie A girl and a boy. Leave the characters the same in book. I am not quite done with the movie but I didn't like that was what had changed and the book was way better.
