This is a page turner! The author hooks you in right from the start

message 2865: by Kelly (new)

Kelly | 55 comments I just got done reading Warm bodies, good book if you like that kind of book. I love to read period some genres more then others and there are going to be books that are hard to get into for people.

My next book will probably be the choice unless I get picked to read another book on my to read list or want to read list and then I would love to write a review somtimes I write short reviews because I am afraid I will give away spoilers and I definitely do not want to ruin the reading for someone else.

Actually, I put this book down for the moment, I'll pick it up again sometime in the future, but I'm just not in the mood for something so heavy at the moment. With all that is happening in politics and all, I want something mindless, where I don't have to think. I won't DNF it, but I'll read it at a later date.

message 2888: by Tiffany (new)

Tiffany Roselli | 4 comments I am reading Issa Cormier's book Finding My White (Amazon). It is a dystopian novel about how the world has made white the color that correlates to wealth and happiness where even poor whites aren't white until they're rich. Main character is Aria and it's written very well, almost lyrical. My bookclub really likes how Issa invents new words (post-post society, sick-sicks) and develops each character.
