Bridget's Quiet Corner (chaptersandscreens) I've got two going at once. One, I am listening to on audio (with book near me, but I listen while on the computer or cleaning if I can). The other, just the physical book & read it when I can.

The First Wife A Tale of Polygamy by Paulina Chiziane The First Wife: A Tale of Polygamy by Paulina Chiziane "Loving" this one. I knew it wouldn't be an easy read, but I am liking it as much as I had hoped & some parts, even more than expected. I love watching the main character grow into the woman she should be. Well, at the halfway point, that's what I'm seeing going on. This will probably go on my favorites because of how well it's written and the characters & their growth.

Throne of Glass (Throne of Glass, #1) by Sarah J. Maas Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas (Audio) Like this one, but not a favorite. I like the characters, well written, but I know this will most likely not make it to my favorites list. :)

Bridget's Quiet Corner (chaptersandscreens) Tex by S.E. Hinton Tex by S.E. Hinton

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (Harry Potter, #2) by J.K. Rowling Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by J.K. Rowling (listening to this on audio and kind of following along in the book when I need to, but mostly listening while I am fiddling around on the computer)

I needed a bit of a lighter read after finishing The First Wife: A Tale of Polygamy by Paulina Chiziane...wanted a romance but I think the one I have is part of a companion of novels...so, I decided to give myself an excuse to buy more books and waited to pick the romance up. So, I chose HP & Tex (although Tex isn't a light read, it's short & will be easy to get the rest of the way through now that I'm in the mood to finish it). :-)
