Sebastian hated this. He hated all of this. He hated Skyra, he hated Sabine, he hated Fredrick.
The notion, "it can't get any worse" didn't even make sense in his head nowadays, seeing as the pair he traveled with always seemed to prove it wrong.
His eyebrows were furrowed in frustration, and he kept his eyes away from Sabine and Skyra. Perhaps he should just appeal to Fredrick to get out of this situation. The two girls could probably handle themselves.
But he held his tongue, instead just hanging there, not exactly loving the feeling of dragon tails wrapped around his limbs. He'd had enough of dragons, that was for sure.

Fredrick looked through them and found Sebastian, the Possessor. He opened up a drawer and lifted a sickle, a small scythe, from it. He stepped up to Seb and the sickle went through his skin. It didn't hurt him physically. It was as though the sickle were an illusion. But it sliced through one layer of his soul because that was its design.
"Why are you here?" He nodded toward Skyra. "Is it her? Is she sick?"
He cringed, but it didn't hurt as much as the first time. His eyes screwed shut in anticipation for more torture, he nodded. "Very sick. We knew you could help her." He spoke fast, just wanting to leave this place.
"Tesir is trying to drain her magic and find a way to use it to bend a new world to his will. The easiest way to stop him is to kill her. And that is my aim, unless you can provide me with information on how to kill Tesir himself." Fredrick stepped up to Skyra, throwing the sickle aside and pulling a knife out of a hiding place on his person.

Sabine wiggled in the tails grip, but to no avail. She casted angry glances to Fredrick and and the tail wrapped around her. In what world was this a good plan? she thought, squirming once more. The dragon’s tail only tightened around her tightly. She just wanted to leave – to heal Skyra and go. The scales brushed against her uncomfortably, and where cold at the touch, but still she wiggled, trying to escape there grasp.
"Don't wiggle, you'll just get yourself hurt." Sebastian snapped at Sabine, not moving to look at her. He dangled as loosely as one could in such a predicament, silently cursing at the ground as he did so.
(;) ))
(;) ))
((Why did I spell "really" "rally"? Sorry 'bout that, folks.))"If we stay here we'll die," Sabine snapped back, but eased with her squirming.
"What purpose does the banshee serve?" Fredrick was just curious."But this question remains the important one: Where is Tesir and how can I fight him?"
Other important questions include where did you get that awesome haircut, Sebastian?
But Fredrick didn't care and in fact did not even wonder this question. That was all me.
Upon hearing Fredrick's question, Sabine stopped dead. All she did was turn her head to Sebastian, giving possibly the scariest, deadliest stare ever on someone's face. "I dare you to answer his question," she said, her voice still.
"Okay, I'm killing her now," Fredrick determined, putting the knife under her chin and preparing hellflames over the blade.
Skyra's mind was weakening and all she could see were flashes. Flashes of this, flashes of that. She was starting to feel empty, like she was already loosing hold on her body, loosing control. No!
The shout was screamed in everyone's minds, showing the hidden power inside of her, that she wasn't a weakling, but a valuable asset. She knew slightly how to kill the demon Fredrick was asking about.
There wasn't fear in her though. Just determination, a dare. Showing that she might as well be his equal in respect. This was demeaning, being held up by her own kin, well somewhat.

((Like even though they may not be equal, their motives are the same and he should respect such. Like treat her like an equal and not like some object or soldier))
((Oh, she can think that.))Fredrick stepped back at the mental outburst and briefly reconsidered his options.
Who are you to decide if she deserves to live or die? Mat asked in his head. His voice was coming up annoyingly often.
"**** you," Fredrick muttered to Mat, opening up a crate of burning green gemstones. He scooped up a handful and threw them onto Skyra, restoring consciousness and form control.
"What do you know of Tesir?" he asked, the fingers of his left hand drumming on his thigh almost... nervously.
He cut it out.
Sabine felt the blade touching the soft skin of her throat. She swallowed hard, but did nothing to stop him. If I'm going to die, she thought, I might was well go out with a bang. She was just going to open her mouth to bite down onto Fredrick's hand - a last act of rebellion - before she heard a shout pierce through her mind. She gave a slight hiss, and winced. She saw Fredrick move away, and awaken Skyra from unconscious state. She gave a sigh of relief to see her friend awake once more, and then looked to Sebastian, mouthing, "How are we going to escape?"
Sebastian's eyes widened at Sabine's words. He shrugged dramatically, making a incredulous face. He just needed to get Skyra healed and then they could leave.
"Can you heal her?" Sebastian voiced his thoughts loudly, inclining his head slightly. There was a tone of impatience in his voice, and he repeated himself again, louder. "Just, heal her. Then we'll hunt down Tesir for you. All three of us." He added as leverage. "Hell, I'll recruit the entire supers in the school to help."

Skyra almost laughed. She was out of view of Sebastian so he couldn't see she was healed. Smiling, she spoke in both their minds, Aw, you do care. It was sarcastic but thankful. She glanced at Fredrick. "You mean the annoying pain in my arse? I know a lot of things." She said indifferently, shrugging as she swayed from the dragon holding her up.
Sabine looked like she'd faint at Sebastian's gesture. Her face had gone pale (well - paler then before), and her eyes lost focus. There's no way to escape, she thought, and started to sing in her mind, We are doooomed! We are deeeeaaad! Then Skyra spoke in her mind again, and she gave another wince. Forcing a message into someone's head hurt.
Sebastian was fuming by the point Skyra's thank you message was broadcasted into his mind, and he felt like beating her up. She seemed calm enough in such a situation, so his mind focused on getting Sabine and himself out of the place.
He could use demon travel; but Fredrick would probably intervene and rip his soul in half. He could also call Samael, but he knew the Angel wouldn't come in a million years, even if it was for Skyra, let alone Sebastian.
He racked his mind over Sabine's abilities too, but he seemed to draw a blank in that department. He never really studied her kind before.
It seemed as though there wasn't a true way to escape; just get through it. But he kept thinking.

"You want to add to the collateral damage by sacrificing the whole school? We have to keep Skyra as far out of Tesir's reach as possible," Fredrick told Sebastian. "You," he turned to Skyra, "tell about Tesir. Everything you know."
((His knife was under Skyra's chin, not Sabine.))
Skyra's jaw twitched annoyed but she could see Fredrick was right about keeping her away from Tesir. She didn't want to be an asset for te wrong side. "You can start with Sebastian's book." Her voice was soft. She knew this was new information for everyone.
Fredrick's head snapped toward Sebastian. "Where is your book?" he demanded, stepping up to the Possessor in case he had to twist or break off a piece of his soul to get an answer.Seb still had Fredrick's book, but he could collect that at any time in the future.
"It doesn't have any information about Tesir in it, she misled you." Sebastian commented coldly. "But if you truly desire it, it currently resides in my dorm room." He informed Fredrick, keeping solid eye contact with him as he spoke.
"What does it have in it? Anything on me at all?" Fredrick really couldn't afford leaving a book like that nonburned. His eyes peered into Sebastian's, and he would easily be able to tell when he was lying... wait. His host was dead. None of the signs that humans had when lying worked. But Sebastian hadn't known anything about him. He turned back towards Skyra.
"What are you?"
Skyra wanted to punch Sebastian to knock sense into him but alas she was still tied up. Her eyes were trained on Fredrick as he conversed with Sebastian. Then the angel turned toward her and she couldn't help but scoff. Usually, people would ask, "Who are you? Or what are you doing?" But this guy asked her species. "I'm a golden dragon," she said rather quickly. There were so few of her kin left in the world. She didn't want to show she was powerful.
((Angel?))"What sort of energy charges your magic? Negative, positive, or neutral?" this he asked due to the not-strange nature of the question that was clearly a casual, everyday question that you could ask anyone.
((Tesir just undid the enchantment keeping them from reading FREDRICK's book. And just their limbs. They only wrapped around the wrist and ankles.))
((Wait, hold on here. I thought Tesir gave them a book - not exactly Fredrick's. You know what, never mind.))
Skyra sighed. "It take years to find out our own allegiance but till then, Neutral." Though she had only displayed her light abilities, there was no room for doubt that she hid a dangerous dark side. Sebastian had a nice way of provoking it. Especially when he touched her to make her shut up.
"No, your magic. Not you. Your power. Everyone's magic can be drawn down to three basic subgroups of Miraculous Energy, from which all things are derived. One thing had its own sort of magic drawn directly from the Miraculous Energy pool that started everything. And your power is most similar to that in base component. What are you?" Fredrick Black seemed to really care, almost as though he was mildly skittish in a way that was monumental as far as fear level went for him.
Skyra eyes turned dangerous, out of annoyance. He didn't think that Skyra would keep answering him in this position with that same tone. Not that being set down would help. Her Elders, the few older Golden Dragons taught her about herself in ways unthinkable. As much as she tried, she couldn't answer the way he wanted.
To emphasize his point, Fredrick stepped forward, grabbed Skyra's soul (it's around the stomach area) and twisted it, sending pain directly into the center of her being."Tell. Me. Everything."
Skyra eyes went full dangerous. As if he made a fatal mistake as her soul started to capture his hand. The pain was excruciating nevertheless. She shared the own pain he was causing with him, her claws growing to take the pain. "It's knowledge too old and sacred for someone like you to understand."
"I don't think you know me very well," the living weapon said, setting his hand on fire inside her soul and taking the opportunity to rip said hand out. "Divulge the information or I will kill the banshee. Then it's on to the demon and I will begin to torture you to death." Fredrick never fell back on a threat.
Power against power. Weapon against weapon. Will against will. "You kill any one of them and I'll make sure you never gain the knowledge to beat Tesir." She was taking a risk and she knew it. Skyra bargained, "Put us down and use those pretty little manners. Then I'll tell you." It was a solid deal.
"I never negotiate when I'm not in total control. No deal." Fredrick whipped out a knife and cut into Sabine's gut, spilling plenty of blood. "I can heal her, but in a few minutes she'll die of bloodloss without my help. You have that long to tell me everything."
Before she could do anything, Sabine felt the cold blade of Fredrick’s knife dig into her gut. She opened her mouth and let out a scream – a sharp, shrill sound that rang painfully through everyone’s ears. Even when the wail had ended, her mouth was still open in a silent scream. She bowed her head to her chest so no one could see her once porcelain face contorted in agony. Blood oozed from her wound and dripped onto the ground, and she felt her energy flow with it. Her skin was nearly grey with the blood-loss, the whole world started to spin and darken.
((I was just waiting for Tara to post, but she hasn't been on lately.))
Sebastian watched in silent horror, before turning towards Skyra, a layer of sweat covering his face. "Tell him!" He screamed at her, arms straining to reach out to Sabine. As he watched the life drain from his newly founded friend, he let out a sad whimper of sorts.

((Sorry was studying so hard for tests))
Skyra let he words rush out of her. "Tesir is a power hungry demon looking for a certain energy. He wants to take all the students power as long with some other kind of dragon energy that I don't possess. He wants you out of the picture since you are a threat to him." Her eyes were on fire, glaring into Fredrick so deep, that if he had a soul, it should feel like it was burning. "He blackmailed me to go kill you but after our little mistaken encounter in the woods, you took a sign that we are all your enemy. You really did choose a time when I was pissed off at the whole world to attack." He went into my head and now all I see is a book, much like the one in Sebastian possession.

"I assumed that about Tesir. He thought you were a daurum, but now that he knows otherwise you're in more danger than ever. But you haven't answered the original question regarding your origins, but you can take your time." Her friend was dying, but she could take her time. He could always move on to the Possessor. He took off his gloves and opened up a small crate of fire ants, getting twenty or so on each hand before closing the crate. The ants bit and stung his hands, because this was something he did daily, though he switched up the animals every year. He had developed immunities to scorpion, spider, platypus, a species of octopus, rupa ant, tropical fire ant, and the crazy ants currently invading the Southern US' venom. Also the kind that was on him right now, the RIFA, but bulldog ant venom (his current buildup thing) weakened him too much and he had company.
Even in her position, there was a regal beauty about Skyra. To hell with it. "My golden soul belonged to the mother of dragons daughter. I won't be claimed for a side till I reach the age of 18 in my penance." Skyra gritted her teeth, "Therefore I had to come to a safe haven from dragons who don't want me as a ruler." Her glare stares only at Fredrick. "I would tell you in detail but I want my friend saved first."
It was a reasonable request and choice.
It was a reasonable request and choice.
Fredrick made no movement to comply. She still had a few minutes, and his greatest leverage was the blood pouring from her gut. "So far I've barely heard anything. I've met more dragon royalty than I can count, I care little for the Mother of Dragons. What could Tesir theoretically do if he were to take her power?"
