Ordinary Men Reserve Police Battalion 101 and the Final Solution in Poland by Christopher R. Browning

This book is a history of a Nazi battalion, and it explores the following question: How could a young group of men commit the crimes they committed? This is actually a history book, but I couldn't put it down. With vivid detail, it shows how ordinary men can be turned into monsters.
