Hi everyone!! I've only watched the 1st episode so far but am totally gushing on Thorton! Just like you mentioned, it really surprised me that the 1st meeting was so different! But that 1st shot of him, oh my. And the sound of his voice, damn! *shivers* Wow! Enjoying it so much!
Yay Cathy! Oh yes it's totally different, but still great :) and I just love his voice/accent! Love!

I totally love accents (non American if course!) but his voice is...wow. panty-melting for sure! :D You mean the movie The Hobbit? I read the book years ago, Loved it! But haven't seen the movie yet. Didn't realize that it was being split into 3 parts! I heard Richard Armitage was in that too. It's funny, when I saw his headshot I thought he wasn't that good looking but in this show, so handsome!
Yes, I mean a movie. That link in previous post is song from trailer. Richard is singing :DAs for the movie, I was so disappointed how they made him look. If I didn't know he was there and if I didn't hear his voice, I'm not sure I would recognize him.

Yea hate all that extra hair and bulky wardrobe. But have you seen any of the other clips (interviews and things)? Saw that there's an extended proposal scene from N&S, and the Max 60 seconds with Richard Armitage was pretty funny! I really like him!
Still prefer him with the formal wear in N&S! :)

Thing is, for me he'll always be Mr. Thornton. Just as Colin Firth will always Mr. Darcy. :)

Sorry thought this was the easiest way to ask this - Karen & Tea, do you still want to re-read P&P with me? I was looking at the books that I wanted to finish in February & thought that maybe we can read it on the 1st of March? Let me know if that works for you! If not, we can pick different days if you're still interested.
Never mind! Saw that Nicole set up the thread for Rebecca starting around March 1st at the Buddy Read Zone. We can pick a date after that one for P&P :)
