Vi | 2794 comments Hi Michelle!,

I had great fun going through your bookshelf. Our tastes aren't really similar but I found lots of books that it was a great time-suck book hopping. I've tried to do a mix of genres and books that are new and from your existing shelf.

Apple = Temptation:
The Best Man by Kristan Higgins
Before I Fall by Lauren Oliver - Apple, Fall. Perfect, right?
Linger by Maggie Stiefvater - Green Cover

Crocus = Youthful Gladness:
Saving Francesca by Melina Marchetta - She is one of my favorite authors.
Storm Glass by Maria V. Snyder - Purple

Raine (raine_renner) | 379 comments Ty,
Here are your picks. I tried to get something from your TBR list and another that was new to you except the last two, but I gave you a choice of two picks each category. Please PM me to let me know if you need any repicks because I may miss your post here.

~ Enjoy!

Apple = Temptation:
The Fall of January Cooper (TBR) - This book 'tempted' me while looking through your TBR that I added to mine. I like the books where the hero or heroine loses everything and has to start over. Then you get to see all the great things about their character that may not have been there before their fall.
Throttle Me (NEW) - One of my temptations is reading books with piercings. I know you've already read More than Meets the Ink where she is pierced, but this time it is the hero (City) who is pierced. And in the next book his brother has a Jacob's Ladder. Story of a teacher who is also a control freak and a biker who works at the family tattoo parlor.
The Fall of January Cooper by Audrey Bell Throttle Me (Men of Inked, #1) by Chelle Bliss

Crocus = Youthful Gladness:
Games of the Heart (TBR) - I know technically it is not on your TBR, but I noticed that you read a lot of KA and have read Golden Trail and must have just forgotten to put this on your TBR. I think this book is WAY better! So much better that I've read this book about 14 times! Mike is HOT and Dusty is a strong heroine. They are TOGETHER in the book at about 10% and never break up after. You would think this would be boring, but it is not. There is also a second romance with Mike's daughter and Dusty's nephew which was a bonus.
Center Mass (NEW) - He has a kid, she has a kid. I read this book this last week and thought it was great. A new author for me, but I can't wait to read the next one when it comes out.
Games of the Heart (The 'Burg, #4) by Kristen Ashley Center Mass (Code 11- KPD SWAT) by Lani Lynn Vale

Forsythia = Anticipation:
Dimitri (TBR) - Hot cover, hot Russian! Dimitri is awesome! And he likes a little bdsm...yum!
Grabbed by Vicious (NEW) - Lolita Lopez is Roxy Rivera's other pen name. Not only would you buy the book because you could look at the cover all day (yes, that's what I did), but this has sci-fi and more bdsm than Dimitri. She only came out with 3 of the series and the rest were shelved because of issues with Ellora's Cave, but it looks like she will be able to write more in this series in the future...yay!!! How they pick their mates reminds me of how the Horde picks their wife in The Golden Dynasty.
Dimitri (Her Russian Protector, #2) by Roxie Rivera Grabbed by Vicious (Grabbed, #1) by Lolita Lopez

Delphinium = Levity:
Screwdrivered (TBR) - I read the first book and thought it was funny and it looks like this one may be too.
My Coyote Ugly Life (NEW) - I really loved this book and have been waiting for the next one for forever! It was funny and Ree is a pretty funny heroine.
Screwdrivered (Cocktail, #3) by Alice Clayton My Coyote Ugly Life (My Life, #1) by Jessica Spoon

Lily = Majesty:
Pleasure of a Dark Prince (TBR) - I know that Garreth is a prince (it's in the title, LOL!). I've only read the first in this series, but I know the rest of the series is wonderful.
Grim (NEW) - It looks like you do like sci-fi and this one is wonderful! He's a king, brother to a emperor, who feels he is not worthy of a wife and she is a woman kidnapped (along with her kids) from Earth help procreate a dying civilization. If you can just ignore some of the editing error you will love it as well.
Pleasure of a Dark Prince (Immortals After Dark, #9) by Kresley Cole Grim (Tornians, #1) by M.K. Eidem

Ginger = Strength:
The Deal (TBR) - I finally read this book and had no idea why I waited so long (though it's only been out since February), but I love Elle's Out of Uniform series. Hannah (or Wellsy as Garrett calls her) has to be a strong character in order to have dealt with what she had to when she was 15. Great book! Highly recommended!
Resist Me (NEW) - I know this is the 3rd book in the series, but I don't think you need to read it in order. Izzy is a strong-willed female character. She has to be because of all her alpha brothers, but James is so much the alpha that you know they are going to butt heads.
The Deal (Off-Campus, #1) by Elle Kennedy Resist Me (Men of Inked, #3) by Chelle Bliss

Feverfew = Warmth:
Rocky Mountain Heat (NEW) - Mostly orange cover. If you like cowboys, this one is for you. Another bonus is that it is free on Amazon.
Where I Belong (NEW) - I LOVE THIS BOOK! I think I love this book because it's one of those enemies to lovers books. Mia used to be chubby when she was younger and would always fight with her best friend's brother Ben. Then they have the hottest one night stand and then later they realize who the other was (she moved away years ago). I love how Ben fights for her and shows how sorry he was when he was younger. I didn't really care for the 2nd book to this series, but the 3rd book When I Fall is also a MUST READ about their friend Reed (no pun intended) who is a dirty talker (and thinker).
Rocky Mountain Heat (Six Pack Ranch, #1) by Vivian Arend Where I Belong (Alabama Summer, #1) by J. Daniels

Michaelmas Daisy = Farewell:
Hot in Here (NEW) - They go to Italy for part of the book. I couldn't find a book on your TBR, but this is a great story, very sexy!
The Hook Up (NEW) - This book is in the USA (though I can't see where you are from), but has a black cover. This is similar to The Deal, but instead he is a football star and she wants nothing to do with him.
Hot in Here by Sophie Renwick The Hook Up (Game On, #1) by Kristen Callihan

We didn't have many books in common so I hope you like my picks for you:

Apple = Temptation: Pleasure Unbound - TBR- Definitely a tempting cover! I really enjoyed this series.

Crocus = Youthful Gladness: Throne of Glass - NEW - This was a new PIFM book and I was pleasantly surprised. YA isn't a go to genre for me.

Forsythia = Anticipation: Nightwalker -NEW - The main character has some 'heat'. I am on the last book of the series.

Delphinium = Levity: Something Secret This Way Comes - TBR- You recently added this to your list and I know I enjoyed this book. I still have to finish the series.

Lily = Majesty: Guilty Pleasures - TBR - This is definitely different from your other picks. I really liked this book and enjoyed the story.

Ginger = Strength: Priceless - TBR - The female character is definitely strong. I've enjoyed the series.

Feverfew = Warmth: Taken By The Huntsman - NEW - Mostly orange cover. I read this as a recommendation from another reader and I thought it was different from other books I'd read.

Michaelmas Daisy = Farewell: Forgotten Sins - NEW - Set in the US. I love this series and hope you do too.
