Hi, Jess. Your "Welcome to the Family" URL is Offenbach - Infernal Galop: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okQRn... This is also known as the signature act in the cabaret show at the Moulin Rouge, The Can-can.
Hello, Bookworms,My name is Riasad Jahan Rimon. I was born and currently living in Bangladesh.
I am madly in love with books. So much, that I created a library for myself. Each month, 10+ books get added to my collection, thanks to my paycheck :D
Lastly, Thanks to Good reads, to make a community for us, for the same interest holders across the globe.
Hi, Riassad. Your "Welcome to the family" URL is The Siamese Cat Song - Lady & The Tramp: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ly_vx...
I'm iasa. At the moment I'm living in Texas, United States. We have 3 dogs, all of whom are on the bed watching televison, and 3 cats who are not. I have been trying to read more recent books, I have a tendency to wallow in Golden Age detectives and crime pulp from the mid century. I'm sure I will find lots of recommendations here
Hi, Iasa. Your "Welcome to the Family" URL is The Ten Commandments tribute - Metallica - Creeping Death: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2D2lF...
Hi, thank you for the invite. I am married, mother of 5, grandma of 9 and loving the retired life (formerly a school secretary) - more time to read.I love wine, crocheting and the sun. Living in NY affords me all kinds of weather. I run my own home business and love making my own hours.
And I carry my Kindle with me always - and love a good thriller!

Hi. I'm Sheila from Bridlington in the UK. Married 48 years. Retired. Three daughters and 6 grandchildren and my Border Collie Ross. I love reading psychological thrillers, family sagas, detective and police procedural. I don't like fantasy or erotic novels.
Thank you. I'm currently reading "Your Closest Friend" by Karen Perry. I am a reviewer member with Netgalley
Hi, Sheila. I'm doing a "Halloween in June" theme for my "Welcome to the Family" URLs, so here's yours, Sheila: This is Halloween - The Nightmare before Christmas: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DOtEd...
Heyo! I'm a 19-year-old living in a small mountain town in the California forests. I spend most of my free time reading, writing or looking at memes.I don't have any kids yet (thank God) lol, but I have an English bulldog so that has to count for something.
Lots of great comments here, feels like a good place to be.
You folks obviously are the posse for me. You demand good writing, good writing, good writing, (did I mention good writing?) plot complexity, minimal mayhem, and books that compel you to read to the end because by page 100 you don't already know how it turns out . I'd like to recommend the Assassin series by Daniel Silva. Mo Hayder is grand, but she is also merciless, so if you don't mind moderate pain and seriously downer endings, she's a very good read. And what about that Incredibles precursor, the NYC D.A. and his killer wife who live in a loft and have a daughter who's a language freak and twin boys who are also off the charts in some way or other...Anyway, Hi, All...
the NYC D.A. and his killer wife who live in a loft and have a daughter who's a language freak and twin boys who are also off the charts in some way or other...I'm intrigued.
Hi, thanks for the invite to this group.....reading is my favorite thing to do.....retired from the school system in New York and now living in Florida...when I am not out and about and enjoying my two grandchildren, I am either crafting or reading. My interests revolve mostly around fiction and historical fiction, but I am always looking for new reading material....my passion for books has been with me for as long as I can remember....Favorite authors include Nelson DeMille, Kristin Hannah, Mary Alice Monroe, Nan Rossiter....oh boy, I could go on and on....hoping to share books and ideas with everyone in this group and broaden my horizons with some good thrillers.

Author's name will someday pop to the surface and be posted here. But WAIT! It just arrived. His name is Robert Tannenbaum. Read them in sequence - it matters.

I live in Bend, Oregon (my paradise) and have loved to read for as far back as I can remember! I was an oral maxillofacial assistant and now I'm retired. I love books relating to crime and/or mystery. I currently have 468 books on my to-read list and I especially love to read Michael Connelly, John Lescroart, David Baldacci, Tess Gerritsen, C.J. Box, Robert Dugoni, Robert Crais, Linda Castillo, Kathy Reichs, and David Rosenfelt (due to my passion for dogs). I could go on and on but you get the idea. ;)
My husband and I have four rescue dogs, and I've sort of adopted the birds, squirrels and deer that are always outside my office window!
Hi Jane, Darlene and Val. You three are getting the same "Welcome to the Family" URL. Iron Maiden - Alexander The Great [ WITH LYRICS ]: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D-K-U...
hello everyone my name is Michelle. Reading is my hobby, quick reader too once I am hooked into a great crime/psychological thriller its hard to quit. I read other generes too but them two are my favorites, I am naturally a night owl and can read late into the night. I can see myself as a published author someday. I have written poetry and have had some published before, I have started writting a story once when I was a teenager but have no idea what happened to it. I am a patient type of person who never gives up!
Hi, Michelle. Your "Welcome to the Family" URL is Little Eva - The Locomotion: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lNNW0...
Hi everyone, I’m Gabriel and I’ve been a member for a while but not had much interaction due to other time consuming projects. I thought it might be best to reintroduce myself. My tastes are varied although thrillers are my favourite. I recently finished reading Friend Request. I live in Kent in England but am from London.
All this social media thing is still quite new to me, having only started using it for the first time about a year ago now.
I don’t have many friends here, but hope to get to know some of you from your reading habits and recommendations of good books to take a look at. I enjoy a good twist.
Thank you.
