A-Z Challenge (Jan-Dec)

We have three yearly challenges which will be, as the name implies, going on year round. Feel free to join in on one or all three. If you cannot start right now, join us in a couple of months!

Challenge #1 - A-Z Challenge

This one is a classic. Simply read a book for each letter of the alphabet, using the book title. If you're up for an additional challenge, read the books in A-Z order!

Everyone who participates in and completes this challenge will get their name in the hat for a drawing for a $15 Amazon or B&N gift certificate (winner's choice) at the end of December!

To be entered into the drawing, you must let me know when you complete the challenge. There will be too many posts for me to go through them all looking for finished ones. Simply copy and paste your entire post into a new post at the end – or post a new message saying "I finished in thread #??."

Go ahead and post your books now, but do not start reading until January 1st.

Sheri - for the 'rare' letters can we do as I have done in my list above and knock 'the' off of them or must the title definitely beging with those letters? Just wanted to check before I invalidate my list when I begin!

Neither have I... Only the first one in the Past Doctor series, and that was all right. All of these books are from the Past Doctor series, but I have heard that the newer books should be awesome, so looking forward to be getting to them, there's like 300+ before the new ones :p

I tried this challenge this year (2012) and didn't finish :( I found I seemed to get all my books that started with the first part of the alphabet. Letters like q ,w,x,y were hard to get.

I am going to try again this year, and maybe I go in reverse order and get those pesky letters out of the way :)
