How many have you read? (Reading the books on our group bookshelf)

I have 9 books remaining on our bookshelf to read. My only issue is with Tom Sawyer. It won't keep its star status so it always looks like I haven't read it, but I've read it twice.

There are only 226 books, while our bookshelf has 234. It is more than just the next 3 that is missing.

Listopia list has 229, and 229 + 3 = 232, so two book are missing on the list.
One of them seems to be The Sorrows of Young Werther
I have votes on that in. But still one is missing.

don't use the listopia!!?? :oO
get on there and vote lass! ;o)

The listopia list is linked on the very first page of this topic. You click on it and vote for up to 100 of your favorite books. Then on the side it will list them in order and you place your very favorites at the top because your votes are weighted based on your ordering.
Please vote everyone! It's nice to see what the group favorites are and how many have been read

Thanks for checking that J! I'd have no way of knowing what was missing, other than the 3 new.

I’m still going to count from the bookshelf though because I don’t see everything past 100 I think

I used to do that until I reached 100. Now I have a shelf called catching-up-read so I don't have to count anything.

As of 09/14/2018: 70 out of 231 books (30%)

Can you explain how the rearranging of books works, siriusedward? Thanks!

Like where in your list
1.Persuasion and
13.P&P..
But you want P&P to be your second book..click on the number 13 and you can delete the num and then add 2 in its place.
The list will rearrange itself.
I am not sure if I am explaining it clearly.
You are welcome.

Done,thanks.
So..its 99
(3 currently reading and 4th Ulysses, I may DNF, but I will count the effort since I finished at least 30-40% of it).

I agree Ann, that is a great start on the list. I joined the group in June. Welcome.

Yes! Finally broke the 50%. It has been a bit of an obsession. However only two of the seven books I finished in September were in the short category.

Well done! Almost there. It does somehow make you feel a little more well-read. I have a few of the super-classics I still haven’t read.

Happy reading,Erin!

Congrats J Blue! I just passed 50% too and it was an obsession for me also. Now I'm comfortable just hanging around that %

I started out with only 9% a couple of years ago Erin. It's very fun getting to all these classics after so many years.
