What time is it and what are you doing?

It's 7:03am and I've been up since 4:30. Just finished breakfast and on my 3rd cup of coffee. Checking GR and getting ready to read--I've got some great stuff. TGIF!

Just wanted to ask for those of you who have grandkids, have you ever just looked at them and it brought elated tears to your eyes because you can't stop overflowing with love for them? It's the best feeling in the world!
Janie, I don't have grandkids but I have felt that when looking at my own son. This morning as a matter of fact, he was being so cute and when he looked at me with those sad eyes and said "Daddy, I don't want you to go to work". It is so hard to leave him and my wife each day and go to a job I hate. It is 12:27 PM and I am almost 30 min into my shift. I have the evening shift today so will be here all night. :-)
It's 1:41 pm, and it's my husband's last official day off. We're about to get haircuts. :)
2:19 should be working but checking goodreads and talking to my children about having fondue for dinner!

7:43PM Grandson came for a visit, he is watching pooh right now. LOL I came to get on real quick and check GR. Start of Thanksgiving break, they get a whole week, and when hub gets home from work he will be home for a week too!
It's 7:51 pm. Waiting for dinner to finish in the oven. Ready for some coffee and reading time.
What's for dinner Kathryn????It is 7:54 PM and I have just over an hour left of my shift. It is so hot in this building I am dying, can't wait to step outside and cool off.

That sounds delicious, I love cooking Italian but I don't have a ziti recipe. I do love garlic bread though.
It is 8:39 PM and I am almost free, run a few quick errands then home to eat a late dinner with my wife and then off to bed.
10:48 pm checking GR, watching one of my fav old shows and about to do the dishes.

9:47pm Just got home and I am getting the kids to bed then I plan to read for a while.
Good morning everyone! It's 7:51am and I've been up for a couple hours. Still drinking coffee, had toast for breakfast. Puppy is lively and fun. Plan to watch some news and spend the rest of the day reading. Oven is broken, hubby ordered part so hopefully it will be fixed for Thanksgiving.

It's 10:34 AM...Woke up a little bit ago. Wanting some delicious breakfast. Going to do tons of laundry, dishes, and do some other cleaning stuff. Don't worry....I actually like cleaning. :)

11:24am Just checking GR and having a coffee. The family is fed and I need to clean up the mess (me) then I am going to finish The Talisman !
4:23 p.m snacking on some mini Nutter Butters and just got done adding all the books I snagged at Goodwill yesterday :D
It's 3:23 PM....I finally got motivated enough to clean. Have already done a load of dishes, unpacked everything from our trip, and started the first load of probably six loads of laundry. Did some re-organizing of the two bookcases. I've acquired several books over the last two months, and I had to clear out a space. Took up almost the whole shelf. :) Janie-Hope you have a great day! It's 5:03pm and we're trying to decide what to have for dinner. Hubby's been doing yard work all afternoon (beautiful fall day) and I've been lazy and just reading all day. Oven doesn't work so that is complicating the decision.
It's 4:00I just finished making cookies and starting to think about dinner, something easy for sure. Sorry about your oven Terri, that sure does make it difficult. I haven't read at all yet today :( but will soon!
It's 6:23 PM. Finished cleaning house...Laundry is still going. Took a shower and got cleaned up. Dinner is going: grilled bbq chicken, cheesy pasta, and fresh, steamed broccoli. Since the house is now cleaned, I can read without feeling guilty. :)

It's 6:45PM, I'm at work and hungry. Getting a little reading in on my Kindle cloud reader.
Its 9:38 EST. Just finished reading a few chapters of
A Suitable Boy. I plan on studying for a few hours and then read a little more before going to bed.
9:45pm ET. Glass of wine; and the laundry just keeps on coming... i am so glad football season is over for Brian!! I hate that they didn't get the championship, but my goodness, his stuff is filthy and accumulates.. i haven't read all day and feel the shakes coming on. ..or is that the wine? :D
10:01 pm extremely tired, checking GR but need to do homework before bed.

It's 6:22am and I'm drinking some great coffee and nursing a cold. Have a great day (for me) planned-lots of reading and some cooking. Really looking forward to Thanksgiving.

It's 11:36 AM and I am usually not a coffee drinker much anymore but I want Coffee. I'm not tired or in need of a pick up but I really want a good cup of coffee. Checking in on GR and counting the hours.
It's 10:18am checking GR and watching The Princess Bride with my daughter. Coffee in hand,of course ;)

10:50 AM, just woke up because I didn't sleep well last night. So stuffy I couldn't breathe well. About to eat cereal, make a list of errands I need to run, get the errands done, and then come home and read!!!!!
What cereal are you having? I had Fruit Loops:DIt's 10:54 AM and I'm watching The Hills Have Eyes and about to start some laundry.
11:03 AM, Just sent a friend a message, and eating cereal and about to make a list of what I need to do today.It's honey and oats granola. YUM!
It's 12:18 PM and the wife and I are relaxing on the couch while the little one naps. When he wakes up we are going to the library!!! So glad we all love books so much.
It's 5:44 PM and I'm listening to my audio book and cooking dinner. My homemade spaghetti sauce, our favorite. Getting back to IT tonight.
5:47 PM. Done with almost all of the chores and errands. Kind sleepy now, but really want to work out. Guess I will have to somehow motivate myself enough to get it done. haha

6:10 Busy finishing up the laundry, I hate folding socks! Dinner is done, we ate spaghetti too, looking forward to a cup of coffee and some reading. Had a very busy day.
