It is 8:53 and my wife and I are watching a movie and then going to watch Castle. Coffee sounds good buut it is a little late for me.
9:13 PM. Just finished working out...FINALLY!!!! Already cooked dinner, and it's been on the stove. Now about to eat it: sour cream potato soup.
It's 5:25am and my oven got fixed last night (YAY!!!)--my remarkable husband spent 2 hours fixing it. Now drinking coffee and planning day --some laundry, some cooking, and lots of reading.
8:50AM Checking GR right now, enjoying some coffee, and then have to do some cleaning and decorate for grand blessings birthday.
Been up since 5:30AM, at work at 7:30AM for inventory, and now It's 9:55 AM and I am checking in on GR. Getting in early does mean I get to go home Early and see my family. I am also excited for dinner tonight. I'm making home made baked potato soup. Yum!!! Hungry just thinking about it.
1:21 p.m, waiting for the annoyance to leave with his mother and then I gotta write a review and do some other stuff.
7:50 PM About to make breakfast for dinner since we forgot to buy tilapia for tonight. Ooops. Then, we are going to watch Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.
I want to read that book, Kathryn! Have you read it yet? It's 7:52 PM and I just ate dinner that I cooked! I made spaghetti! With meat!

ready for some food and a long weekend... i'm tired.
10:34 pm, almost done with apple for the creature, had to take a break when it was due back at the library just re-checked it out again. About to get some rest for tomorrow so i can begin my pre-cooking and checking GR to vote on the polls for my monthly reads. ^.^
(Kathryn and Victor, I enjoyed the book of Abe Lincoln, Vamp Hunter, want to see the movie now!) :)11:22 p.m the kid's asleep, my review's written, mostly caught up on my email and GR and now I don't know what to do with myself again, lol.
It's 7:47am and I've been up since 4:00 (husband had to go to work early so he can leave early--he needs to pick up the wine for tomorrow). I've started working on the feast, feel really good. Thanks for all the birthday wishes folks! (Janie, how was the party?)
8:23AM Here I am drinking coffee and visiting my favorite place online, GR. hehe. Have ot run into town today maybe hit the UBS woot! Terri the birthday party was a huge success. I love seeing Aeverie's eyes light up at every gift! We had a great time. I hope you had a good birthday as well Terri!
Happy Birthday Terri, I didn't know yesterday was your birthday or else I would have said something sooner. Hope you had a great one. It is 8:46 AM and I am at work, can't wait to get off because I need to do laundry to have my stretchy pants ready for tomorrow. Just kidding, but lots to do before we venture out tomorrow.
Thanks, Chris--actually today is my birthday, and it's been a good one so far. Spent the morning listening to old Moody Blues songs on the internet (thank you SO MUCH for the inspiration, Kathryn!--it's been quite a trip down memory lane). Looking forward to an evening with my family (husband and 2 grown sons).
Well that sounds like a lot of fun. Happy birthday today. I always like spending time with my family on my birthday, even if I cook the meal. Well, have a great day.
Hmmm today? Not sure why I thought it was yesterday as well. LOL Well then Terri I hope you have an awesome day!
11:35 PM. At home relaxing with my sweet husband. Already home from Black Friday shopping with my bff. Today was my grandparent's 60th wedding anniversary, too. :)
It's 4:07pm and I'm sitting with the puppy on my feet watching my younger son with his haul from Black Friday. Excited about my new batch of books from the library. Thinking about some Thanksgiving leftovers soon.

The holidays are great for seeing family and eating some great food, but it was not good for reading. I haven't read at all in two days and I'm getting itchy. Hope to fix that today. It is 8:56AM and I am at work after two days off and then I have two days off starting tomorrow. Really looking forward to this day being over.
I hear ya Chris, I did not get to read as much as I wanted to since starting at November 20th for grand blessing birthday, and then thanksgiving. This is why I am still reading The Oath. But really I would not change any of it.
1:52PM Just finished with the tree, and now ready to read some more. Got to read a lot more today than I have in quite awhile. So it has been nice.

8:00 PM. Just got home from a busy shopping day. Bought two Venus Fly traps for our home, a few Christmas gifts (got some people done, woohoo!!!), got more pins for a Christmas craft I am working on, and we're about to eat some soup and cheese quesadillas and watch a movie with a nice fire. Missed GR friends while I was away today, too. :)
6:25pm Just finished dinner, a nice big pot of stew. Checking in with GR and going to try to read while the kids play Wii Go Vacation. No Christmas stuff here yet.
It's 7:30 am and I'm drinking great coffee and getting ready to read. A slow wind-down to the holiday weekend. Hubbie is on vacation all next week, looking forward to that!
9:09am ET. Drinking coffee, eating eggs and sausage and reading A Feast for Crows. It is all coming to a head in these last 100 or so, pages. I cannot wait to read #5, and just may have to go get it today or tomorrow...
12:46 PM. Just got back from church with my dad. Waiting on the boy to finish what he's doing so we can run some errands. Got a busy day of cleaning ahead, too. My house feels like a disaster.

ehhehehe... just keep reading... you might not want to finish. 2013 is right around the corner, and you will have to start #5 once you are done.. it's that serious.
1:38PM And I just got done playing an online game with hub. Now time to check out GR and try to decide how many books I wanna read for 2013.
7:50AM sitting here with my coffee and catching up with GR. Wow it seems the group has been real quiet lately. :(
10:25 AM. Woke up with a sore throat. Think I am going to read a bit today, then do some housework. Laundry has been neglected. haha

It is 5:00 pm and I'm agonizing over an English essay I am writing (or not writing since I've been staring at a blank screen for quite some time). *sigh*
Rachel wrote: "It is 5:00 pm and I'm agonizing over an English essay I am writing (or not writing since I've been staring at a blank screen for quite some time). *sigh*"You just made me so happy to have already graduated. haha! Seriously, hope you get your essay done. It's not that I was bad at them.....but, usually, it took me a long time to get started. Once I started writing, things would start to flow. One thing which always helped me was to plan out what I was going to write beforehand to make sure I got all of the points in. Writing my graduate thesis was a better time, ironically, because it meant I was writing on something I was truly interested in. Go figure.
6:05 PM had dinner, need to clan up still. Laundry all done. Now gonna check on GR and read some more.
Janie wrote: "6:05 PM had dinner, need to clan up still. Laundry all done. Now gonna check on GR and read some more."Janie, I know there is a typo, but I laughed so hard when I read this. I won't point it out but you had me lmao!!!
It is 9:31 AM and I am at work checking on GR and trying to look busy. Thank you Goodreads.
