YAY!!!!! So happy for you!!! Glad you finished. :)
It's 8:21 pm...I have had a VERY BUSY day. About to fold some laundry and get a few more things done for our trip on Tuesday. Oh, and the Cowboys game is about to give me a heart attack.

Thanx, Kathryn.... it was pretty good, but too much at one time i think.
It's about 7am and I'm drinking my morning coffee getting ready to squeeze some oranges and tangerines for juice, trying to decide what else to have for breakfast. On my second load of laundry. Will read after breakfast.
7:50AM doing laundry, take a break on GR, clean the kitchen take a break on GR, drinking coffee, take a break on GR hehe Also just heard from my best friend in Jersey, and they got their power and internet back finally, but so many more are still without.
It's 9:42 and my son and I just had breakfast (Eggs and toast, his favorite). Now he is playing and I have my coffee and my Kindle. Let's see if I can get some reading in.
10:33AM I finished most of the housework, still doing laundry though. (Yikes Kathryn, everything ok?)
(Janie-Can't find one of our suitcases. Have completely searched the house for it, and even the garage and shed. We let my dad borrow it a few months ago...he says he doesn't have it and gave it back. I don't remember him giving it back. He won't go look for it in his car or his house because he says he doesn't have it. THEN...I'm sitting here stuck NEEDING the suitcase, and my husband got mad at me when I said, "Well, what do you want me to do? Go buy a new one, or just deal without it?" On top of that, I just feel really stressed out from a few other factors, but mainly because I feel like no one will just go look for the darn thing, and want to sit there and ask when we had it last, or "Did you look there?" Grrrrr....Plus, my husband isn't doing anything but playing games on his iPad and not getting anything done for our trip when he's got tons more to do than I do...And I already know what that means...We're going to be up late, like I already said I didn't want to, and he's going to want to sleep on me on the plane tomorrow morning, which, I've already informed him, he is NOT doing because he squishes me and it is SO uncomfortable. Sorry...end rant. I just....I could use a drink. lol)
Kathryn, good luck with your trip and I'm sorry to hear you are so stressed out. I'm like you and like to have everything packed in advance so I bet that is frustrating. I hope it all works out for you and your trip goes well. Sorry your so stressed.
Awww kathryn, I totally understand. Planning trips are stressful enough by themselves without any added! I hope everything pulls together for you!
Kathryn, I hope you get that drink and some help with your situation. Sounds very frustrating.
It's 6:46pm and I'm worried about Kathryn. Getting ready to settle in for the night with the laptop and some good books.

It's 6:20 pm....Just seeing ya'll's messages. You guys are so sweet!! I will miss you all while I'm gone! Things are better...Still no suitcase, but it's whatever. Not going to keep stressing about it. Made some changes to our packing. :) Took the initiative and told the boy (my husband) he needed to pick out what he wanted to bring, and I'd pack. Sometimes you just have to do stuff on your own...haha! I feel a bit better now since stuff is packed and ready to go, but still stressed about the election tomorrow. Thinking some ice cream to top things off might do me some good....:) It's been a busy day!
6:43PM I am reading and checking on GR per normal. LOL Kathryn glad to read that things have settled down a bit. That is awesome! Have a safe trip!

Yeah...will be gone for a week, and fortunately my dad is close so he's going to take care of my furry babies, but, I still worry about them, my house, making sure we have everything, leaving on time, etc...You know how it is. Too much stress and the vacay hasn't even started yet. Why in the heck did I agree to go?? hahahhaha!! I will miss you, Alondra!! Bringing the iPad so I will check-in when I can. :)
It's 7:46 and I just bought The Passage by Justin Cronin, A Face in the crowd by Stephen King and friend, and Anna and the French Kiss by Stephenie Perkins all on my kindle! I'm going to miss you so much, Kathryn!:(
Haha, to visit my husband's family since we haven't been since we got married almost three years ago. Plus, his brother's wife had a baby, so we're going for that, too. Glad it's kind of a long plane ride so I can read....:) I will miss my books soooooooo much....and my GR friends. :(Oh...Alondra...psst.....Cheater-peeker!

I know I won't have them much longer, so we try to spend every holiday with them for now. :)
It's 7:57 pm, and I have NO idea what to eat for dinner. Tummy is rumbling. hahaVictor-I will miss you so much, too! :(
I'm going to miss you, Kathryn!I hope you have a safe trip and that you enjoy it.
You'll have to tell us all about it when you get back!
It's 8:00 pm...haha, still on GR! I will miss you, too Holly!!! Sorry I haven't started 1Q84 yet. Still very excited about reading it, but just have been so busy in the last few days.
It's 8:08 PM and I have a freaking headache! Grrr.....I'm never going to get any reading done!:) It's alright; I understand that you've been busy. I know how that is! I'm glad that you're still excited about reading it and I hope that you're able to get to it soon! :)
It's 9:15 pm, and I'm listening to Toad the Wet Sprocket. About to get my shower, then watch Revolution. Then I'll be reading, since I don't care about the Monday Night Football game.

Lol Chris; I'm watching the Monday Night Football Game!
Hehe; Go Saints!
I agree (I hate the Eagles). But I've already gotten killed in fantasy football, so there's no need to watch.
Go Broncos/Cowboys/Falcons/Texans!
I do too.Aww...that's a bummer! My husband's doing pretty good with his league. It's pretty fun!
I like all of those teams except the Cowboys!
Go Bears and Giants! :D
Ewwww Holly the Giants! UGH! GO COWBOYS!!! yea right they suck again this year. oh well what are ya gonna do...anyway 8:27PM and I am reading 24 hours, so excited now cause I found the matching movie! Will be watching it soon after the read.
Ok Holly, considering I know you are from Illinois, I will let the bears thing slide. I am a St Louis guy through and through but I am not a football fan at all. The Rams suck year over year anyway. You could say they are the Cubs of Football. Just kidding I had to poke fun. :-). If Hockey comes back I wont be able to talk sports here. It is 9:08PM and we had a great night out to dinner with my Parents and now we are relaxing on the couch watching TV and my son is dreaming away in bed. Hopefully dreaming sweetly.

You immediately just went up a notch in my book when you said Cowboys and Texans. haha!
It's 6:22am and I'm just starting the day. Showered and drinking coffee and planning my day which will include lots of reading. No housework and laundry to do--the day is mine!!
It is 822pm and I just finished The Land Beyond The Portal. Now I am going to eat dinner and decide on my next book...
It's 7:44pm and I'm reluctantly watching election results which are hard to tune out while I'm trying to read. Had pizza for dinner and I'm finishing off my diet 7-up.
7:05PM and I am checking my GR and reading my book. Maybe slip another book in there before Tick Tock read comes.
11pm checking GR shaking my head at this election and about to go to bed before it gives me a miagraine
It's 12:22am and I can't sleep so I'm updating GR and soon will go back to reading. I may even open a bottle of wine.
