It's 6:37am and I'm checking out GR after being off for a while (a little under the weather but much better now). Drinking coffee and planning my day. Last of the Christmas stuff put away yesterday. (sigh) Lots of laundry to do today and then lots of reading! Good morning GR!

Good Morning Terri, glad you are feeling better now. Here it is 9:07AM Just drank my first cup o coffee, got a bit of a 'cold bug', sore throat, stuffy nose congestion. You know all those great symptoms. LOL Checking in on my GR buddies this AM. Gonna start The Drawing of the three.

Feel better Janie!!--I'm down with the same thing. (yuk) It's 7:23am and I got up at 3:30 because I couldn't sleep. The puppy is keeping me company while I check out GR and spend time reading till someone else wakes up. Also drinking lots of coffee. Determined to make it a good day!

Its 12.59pm here and thankfully it's cooled down - it's been 44C (112F) and we've had bushfires all over the place. Being in the grape/wine industry it's sad as it means some grape growers have lost their main source of income for the year :( It's a really tough industry so enjoy your wine when you drink it!!!

Watching a bit of tennis now and relaxing. I've spent most of the night pulling all of my books out of the bookshelves and putting them back in order. My husband thinks I'm nuts or have OCD or something - I'm hoping you guys understand :)

1:10PM and just got back from Home depot. Our water heaters wiring caught fire from shorting out. Nice right? So Hub is fixing it right now. On Christmas eve someone ran into our Mailbox and knocked that down. UGH! Yikes 2 visits to Home Depot is too much for me unless we are doing home improvement lol.

Haha glad I'm not the only one Kyle!

The company I work for sells all different types - Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz, Grenache, Cabernet, Barbera, Merlot and we've recently grafted some alternative varieties such as Nero d'Avola, Arneis, Tempranillo and Prosecco so we'll have some interesting wines to try shortly. Is there anything in particular you like to drink? If you ever come to McLaren Vale let me know and I'll take you on a tour!

2:49 PM. Just unloaded and loaded the dishwasher and started it, got all of the laundry dried, took out the trash, swept the whole house, and then mopped it. Now, I'm just waiting for the floors to dry so I can fold laundry. Going to read for a few minutes in the mean time. Whew!

Haha, thanks Chris! I actually took my Christmas decorations down last week. It was a disaster, especially since we had a real tree. At least they smell good!
