I don't know yet. But book 2 has a bit of a "how the hell is she going to get out of that" ending...
That's titles sorted for the next twelve books then Tim! 12 books in a series didn't do Terry Goodkind any harm.
Well, the plot is plotted (!) and I've written chapter 1. Completely new character and location, but already the body count is ratcheting up. It's totes emosh, lol

Good thing. Are you getting ready to be plauded when the book's released? My husband had a foreign student who felt that ever word that ended in an s sound must be plural. If there was only a little clapping he called it an applau.

Alas, I confess I'm not much of a drinker - it would only sit in the cupboard along with the various malts, cognacs, rums and assorted exotica that have been there literally for decades. :(
Cognac I can help you with, Tim. I only have the occasional one, but it's surprising how quickly that 75cl goes down. GL is partial to rum I hear.

So Tim, what did your writing group have to say?
Overall they liked it, but I've got 9 pages of notes to work through, some of which are easy to fix, others less so. A few grammar issues, dangling modifiers, cliches etc, but a lot of it is to do with world building, continuity, voice etc

I read out chapter1 of book 2 in writing group tonight... they loved it :D Good hook... exciting... want to read more...Some minor notes of course, but nothing major. Interesting thing was, with all the other things that were read out, there was a definite theme to the evening - blood and murder all round! Bwahahaha ecksetra.
