• 5 Stars: I absolutely loved this book. 5 stars = Good story line, likeable/relatable characters, and really really left an impression on me. HOWEVER 5 stars could also mean that I didn't like the book all that much, but I related & identified with one of the characters on a deep, personal level, warranting a 5 star rating.

• 4 Stars: I very much enjoyed the book but it did not hit a chord and stick with me days later, but still a very good book that is worth the read.

• 3 Stars: A good book that has absolutely nothing wrong with it & I thoroughly enjoyed or A very good book that just fell a little short.

• 2 Stars: a book like any other, a book neither good nor bad, just - Meh! with a redeeming character or 2, or maybe an interesting enough storyline...

• 1 Star: Did not like, most likely hated.... possibly didn't even finish.
