5⭐️ - 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄 𝐈𝐓
This is the kind of book that I think about even when I’m not reading it. The book feels like home, the characters like old friends and it sticks with me for a long time after the last page turns.
4⭐️ - 𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐄 𝐈𝐓
There isn’t anything necessarily wrong with the book. I still find it incredibly enjoyable but it doesn’t evoke the same emotional response as the 5 star. I enjoy it while reading it but it leaves minor lasting memories.
3⭐️- 𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐎𝐂𝐑𝐄, 𝐚𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭
The most average read at best. I don’t love it, I don’t hate it, there are things I would change but overall it’s an okay read. I’d be unlikely to ever recommend it but if asked about it directly I wouldn’t discourage reading it either.
2⭐️ - 𝐍𝐎 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐊 𝐘𝐎𝐔
This book is bad and doesn’t capture my attention. The characters, the writing, the plot execution; some or all of it is lacking. Usually the premise grabs me but the execution is lacking.
1⭐️ - 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐒𝐇 𝐈𝐓 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊
There are zero redeeming qualities. It’s rare I will ever mark a book this low. But when I do I hate the book with a thousand passions and will not picking up anything else by the author ever.
