If the winning author is alive and can be contacted, I plan to contact him or her to seek an interview to post during the month of May. Wouldn't it be great to have a conversation with the BOTM winner each month, so they can give some insight to the chosen book?

message 28: by Ann (new)

Ann Nicholas I know she doesn't need any help but had to vote for Kate Atkinson. At least I think I voted. There were no clanging bells, no tiny dings, no acknowledgment of any kind.

My husband and kids drive me nuts when they call it that! Now they do it on purpose! LOL!

Gail The Regret of a Flower gets my vote. The artwork of a bleeding heart on the cover is original, done by artist and author Liz Campbell, and is evocative of the tenderness and longing between the covers.

David Life After Life and Gather the Bones both sound interesting and unusual. I guess start with Life After Life (since I have to pick one).
