Poll

I’d like to do something slightly different for the 2 readathons scheduled in October
(Read comments to see more info)
PLEASE DON’T VOTE FOR A BOOK, instead could you write in a spooky/Halloween related book that you liked and would like others to read?
You can write in multiple books!
It can be any genre and can be middle grade, YA, NA, adult.
Please don’t choose a book from the middle of a series.

The good thing about setting up this poll now and the readathon running from the 12th to the 19th is that there is time for people to look around for the books listed above.
Of course, if someone can’t find one of the books that the random picker has chosen for them to read next they can skip that book for the time being and read the next book chosen by the random picker.
I totally understand why doing a genre one and leaving it open for people to choose their own books would be easier for some people but I did that for the last 2 readathons and not so many people participated so I wanted to try something different to see if maybe this would be more fun so more people could engage with the readathon.

I loved it! I’d love to reread it. It’s not spooky exactly but it does have that dark and grunge vibe that we're going for here.

October Readathon: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
Instead of hosting 2 regular 24 hour readathons, I’ve decided to do something different.
This will be a 2 week long readathon, starting on Saturday 12th October and ending on Saturday 19th October.
I will take all the books people have written in above and enter it into a random generator website that everyone will be able to access. Then, individually, everyone participating will use the website to randomly pick the first book they’ll be reading for the readathon. Once they’ve read that book they will use the random picker website to pick they’re second book and they’ll read that.
It is a race to read them all!
