Here are the list of Josei (older female manga) that deal with mature theme, such as adult relationships, work, and life. Plus they have pretty art. They don't have to be officially classified as Josei though.

BotWG and Deep Love are definitely tops for me.

I'm a complete obsessed with Yuki Yoshihara. She's absolutely crazy. I collect BotWG religiously - somehow, I can't read them online. I just don't understand the story. The art is gorgeous though. Habeak, >_<Object of desire is really good to read. I definitely recommend it.
Ahhh, I love Habaek. It's a little harder to understand online, but I love the scanlators nonetheless. LOL. The books are worth it for the art alone though.Ack, the wrong Deep Love volume is on the list, LOL.
add the Deep Love volume that you like then. They are different stories, after all, not really a series. BotWG is really hard to understand online. It's only marginally better in book form, but very awesome art, nonetheless. But still, I think I would freak if I saw someone like that in real life.
LOL. You're right, of course. I meant that it's hard to track the Deep Love series on GR. Half the titles are untranslated or missing or under another name. >.< Anyway, I stopped whining and added the first book. I just assumed you were ranking the series instead of the individual books. My bad, LOL. Yeah, the BotWG scanlators' English isn't that great, but I appreciate their efforts anyways. I'd have nothing otherwise. ;_; Must have! And it's pretty impressive at any rate. It's not that easy to translate.
I haven't read the licensed version, but if it's difficult, I can only imagine that some really talented translators are needed-- maybe the original text is a little higher level/archaic Korean? Just guessin'. She's depicting people as art more so than realistically, but I will take artistic depictions over the more "comic" versions I see in a lot of manga any day.
a lot of great josei books can't be found on goodreads but I feel they should be included in this list. These books include:7 seeds
dokuhime
hyakki yakoushou
hapi mari
yume no shizuku, ougon no torikago
kechonpa
real clothes
natsuki rendez-vous
teke teke rendezvous
futago
