Shelves: fiction, author-british, 3rd-person-pov, reviewed, sienna-mercer, laugh-out-loud, group-reads, paranormal, 4-star, books-i-own

So, I re-read this, and I have to admit it's not quite as undeviatingly incredible as I remembered it, so I've lowered my rating to four stars. I hate to be harsh about my favourite books series, but for me the first half of this instalment suffers from the same poor writing that the last four books have, and something about the representation of the characters just didn't click for me, particularly with Ivy and Charles. Good book, the twins were at it again solving yet another mystery. This one had them more scared than ever. There are ghost lurking in town and the girls must stop the media circus that is about to hit Franklin Grove.
