89768 I have mapped out an ambitious writing schedule and plan on getting you the first draft of the novel by June 1st for a first reader response. Then I hope to do revisions and publish R on my Birthday! July 4th YAY! So if you want to be a first reader and /or beta reader and if you want to R&R Redemption, here's the place to let me know and discuss. Since this will be the last planned book in the D Series, I really want to do this right, with lots of PR and promotion.

Thanks in advance for all your help!

TY! I will but prolly not until early sales start to slow. We'll see how the early reviews do with sales and then play it by ear.

89768 YAY! Kari at The Sub Club Books reviewed The Agreement!

Kari's Review

"If you’re looking for a great read with steaminess (really steamy!), scorching hot letters (my favorite part of this book!), Fifty Shades of Grey references, a sexy, domineering man named Drake, and a story of two people who weren’t looking for love but somehow found themselves in the middle of it…then you don’t want to miss out on reading this book. I can’t wait to start on S.E. Lund’s Dominion series and read any other books she has in the future!"

89768 Thanks to folks for posting early reviews! I am going to move up my official release to next week instead of the 15th because the book is out there and people are buying it and reviewing it. I had planned on a 15th release but I guess I might as well go with next week. I could do tomorrow but there are huge releases tomorrow including Syl Day. Can't compete with her! So while the book is available now, I won't say it is "officially released" until next week. If you find any typos, please let me know and I will have time to fix before the 9th. I would have liked to have had a cleaner release but things just got ahead of me! I will be trying to do some promotion in the next week to get people aware of the release and anything you can do to help is much appreciated! If you do promote, send me a DM so I know and don't duplicate your effort!

Thanks a million to everyone!

89768 I have decided to focus on Book 4 instead of the high fantasy, which I think needs more work. Once I finish the Dominion series, I will do either the prequel to the Dominion series or my high fantasy. So that will be my focus for the next three months once I do the hard launch for The Agreement.

Will look forward to beta reader help! I think I will wrap up the series in one novel instead of two. It will be a jam-packed book and there will be a few gasp out loud moments. ;)

OMG wait to buy it until tomorrow so you get the revised version. I found a couple of typos so you'll want to get the one thats clean. Although I have come to despair that I'll ever catch them all...

No that's OK -- I made the change after you did your beta read and sent back your suggestions. Have I sent you the most recent version? It's the same except for the change to Kate's occupation, which I did to avoid her being compared to another book...

Your review is great except she's a grad student and works as a writer for the grad student's newspaper -- not an experienced journalist! That change was made in the most recent revision...

89768 So, its on a soft launch now at Amazon, so if you want to leave a review there you can. I won't do a hard launch until I'm satisfied that it's formatted properly and the blurb is fine, etc. Didn't expect to get it up so quickly.

Thank you so much! Glad you liked the new material. I hope it added some much needed background and more Julien as many readers have asked for.
Mar 28, 2013 08:40AM

89768 It's no longer YA - it's more NA - Adult but not nearly as explicit as my other books. There will be sex but not explicit. Mostly off-stage... But if you are interested I'd love to have you!

89768 Thanks to everyone who helped with beta reading and editing this book! I just finished the last line edit and will be formatting it for Kindle and for print copy asap. Then, I will send it out to you as a final draft that you can use for reviews. Of course, Amazon reviews are great because a lot of readers find new books through Amazon but also Goodreads, because it is a reader-run site and people are far more likely to give an honest review there. A lot of readers get their reccs from other readers at Goodreads. Facebook groups and Goodreads groups are also key for posting reccs and reviews, so anything you are willing to do is very much appreciated! As Paris said, you should make sure to say you got a free copy for R&R and honest review.

I hope to have the final copies ready for the weekend. If you can think of any blog owners or group mods that you know who might be willing to read / review / rate please feel free to mention the book to them. I would be pleased to send out ARCs to them.

Once again, THANKS A BAZILLION TO ALL OF YOU!

You know, I was writing D/s before I even knew what it was... I have several old novels I wrote for practice in other fandoms that I could rehabilitate if I felt there was a market but they are all High Fantasy erotic novels that are wayyyy too smutty... Too many books. Not enough time!
