Sounds fabulous! I'll put it on my calendar! (:

I'll read Shiver with you! It's on my dusty shelf and I can probably fit it in March or April, whenever you'd like! (:

Oh man, sounds fun! I LOVE when games have tons of side quests! It's practically my favorite part of the game, exploring every little crevice and detail of that world. I'm like, the resident expert on the Kingdom Hearts series, and I've never looked at Wikipedia or any "official" KH sites, and I'm pretty sure I know more than they do, from simple gameplay and exploring alone! You really should get FFXIII! I'm playing it right now and it's SO fun, especially with the Crystalarium system and expanding all the abilities of the characters. It's great! I'm dying to get my hands on FFXIII-2, since they haven't made a direct sequel to a Final Fantasy since X-2. And I adored X-2, hahah. (: I'll have to check out the Kingdoms of Amalur Reckoning game! What system is it for?

Let me know how you like the woman in black. I'm a big scaredy cat too. I might even wait til it's on redbox so I can watch it in the middle of a sunny day."I SAW IT TONIGHT!
Whaaaa, Cynthia, let me tell you, I wasn't exactly terrfied, but I was definitely jumpy! About twenty minutes in, I was holding Tristan's hand and refusing to let go! She started to pull her hair into a ponytail once during a really suspenseful part, and I was basically terrified with nobody to hold onto, hahaha. But I really liked it!
Chimney, what game are you playing? I want to guess Final Fantasy XIII-2, but I don't know if that came out on Tuesday, but only that it was just recently? (:

My goodness, you all make my dusty books look like kid's stuff! Well...I suppose it is to lots of you, hahaha. I feel so ridiculously young and un-learned! (:

Hello everybody! Pleased to meet all of you and I can't wait to jump into book discussions with everybody! (:

I think maybe we should tackle Poe a little at a time. Maybe read two or three short stories a week over an extended period and then knock out all the poems in another couple weeks? I'll probably read something between, hahah. Otherwise, I fear we'll all drown in Poe! Whenever you guys feel like starting that long, druggy task, hahah. (:

Silmarillion is only three hundred-ish pages? Oh man, I thought it was MUCH longer! Congrats Dalynn! :D
Sydney, sounds fun! :D
Only 2/5 of the way done with Eragon...slowly but surely, right? x)

I love to write, and hopefully I'll someday be an author, since I want to get a job being an editor for fiction books. (: But I'm really spazzy about people reading my work because I'm paranoid of being stolen from, hahah. Once, somebody downloaded one of my videos from youtube and uploaded it as their own, and since then, all my internet art is watermarked and my writer, if it's serious, has neve been seen. XD Only my "editor" in Germany has read my serious stories.
Although a really condensed first chapter of one I've been working on it on Figment:
http://figment.com/books/161021-Rumen...I also reread my stuff a lot and always end up hating it. OTL But a Mortal Instruments short won third place in a contest once, so I'm a little more confident about my writing than I used to be, hahah.

Can't groups make polls? You could do that; that way you don't have to count them up or anything and you can add as many options as you want to. (: I think April's timeline works, but maybe open the poll on Sunday, and then close it on the nineteenth? That way we have some more time to find whatever book we're reading, since not every bookstore has a bunch of Arthurian fiction lying around and we might have to order online. (:

"We've got books, oh yes we do. We've got books, now how 'bout you?" (;

Oh, well then! (:
Here's my review of
Tris & Izzie by Mette Ivie Harrison. Rating was 2/5!

I counted any book that I own but haven't read. Some of those I've had for just a few months and others I've had for a few years. I think it just depends on what you really want to count, and for me, something to focus on to stop buying new books, hahah.

Dalynn it's just like this:
< spoiler >
< / spoiler >
With no spaces. (:

I'll agree with April; if you have a hippo, I might just have to find you and hug you. (:
April! In regards to spoiler one:
(view spoiler)[I know, right? I mean, I knew that from the movie, hahaha. But still, even if it was a teensy predictable, it still makes me sad! (hide spoiler)]Spoiler two!
(view spoiler)[I remember totally hating Arya in the movie, hahah! I don't remember if I liked her much more in the book, so we'll have to see! Alas, she doesn't wake up for quite some time. (hide spoiler)]Glad to hear it gets interesting at the end there!

April, don't forget the spoiler HTML! I'm at page 107 right now, so I'd like to know what's happening where you're at, hahah. Eragon is a reread for me, so I don't really mind clicking spoiler buttons. (;
But you're right! It takes that hundred or so pages to get situated with it, hahah.
Dalynn, I agree. Reading the first book in a series and never reading the rest? That should be illegal! Even books I HATE, if they're in a series, I force myself through the rest of the way! Then again, I may have a sickness with things like that. (;
LOL, April, thanks for the translation there. (;
Dalynn, I think I can piece together IMHO on my own, hahaha. IMO is a pretty common one and I'm sure the H isn't something crazy like 'in my hippo's opinion' or something, right? x)

My goodness, this group suddenly got really popular in the last day since I checked here! Welcome to everybody new! I can't wait to talk more with all of you! :D

Quite a bit of Dickens! (: I know I read the Great Illustrated Classics version of Copperfield when I was eleven or something, hahaha. And Great Expectations a couple years ago, and I actually really liked it! (:

There's actually an entire thread somewhere on GoodReads on whether or not Paolini copied Lord of the Rings and other works and tried to pass it as his own. I've posted there several times in Paolini's defense and if anybody is curious to read it, I'm sure I could find it again. (:
Fifty-ish pages in. Finally things are interesting! Once the dragon actually becomes a thing, it's much more interesting, hahah.

Hi Orla! Wow, Ireland! Best of luck with your goals. (:
Hey Katie! Good luck to you, too! (:
