My goodness, no wonder I haven't read my dusty books yet. So far, they've almost all been terrible! I'm more than halfway through
Choker and it's
so bad. I'm making sticky note messages to myself on what things to point out in my review!
I need my dusty books to pick up soon. OTL

I FINISHED ERAGON!
Hallelujah!
So now I'm reading
, which is another one of my dusty books. (:
Unfortunately, it's pretty bad thus far. OTL

Oh yeah, I have like, a million Arthurian books on my Kindle app. Just realized that! (:

I wouldn't mind either way. I really like being able to see what everybody is currently reading, and I like having a "personal" shelf within the group. But if it confuses other people, then do what is best for everybody! (:

Reading the Steinbeck definitely! :D I can't wait to discuss!

Oh, that sounds like a great idea! Everybody could read something different and then we could just talk about all our different books and how the tales compare with one another. I think that'd be fun! (:

*applauds; throws confetti*
Yay!!!!!

Hi Jaynessa! What a lovely name! (: Welcome to the group! I think we ARE the 12-step program. (; Pretty sure we're all addicted to getting books, which is how we ended up on a challenge to read books we've neglected to for so long. OTL Oh well, at least we're all addicts together, right? (: Pleased to meet you and look forward to discussions with you!

None of mine are dusty, either! I think I'd cry if any of my books were dirty in any way whatsoever! x)

Okay, seriously! One of my friends started rambling about it when she saw me reading it, and I was like, 'Wait...when did that happen?!' She's just like, "Oh yeah, in the second book this guy did *spoiler* and then he *spoiler* and then everybody *spoiler*"
WHAAAA.

Hahaha. (; I saw ALW's play when I was five, like I said. I'm a stickler for accuracy (even though the play vs. book thing is like, really far apart, hahah), so I'm hoping that LND isn't just like...a train wreck! I want it to be good so badly!

I have to ask an un-video games related question real quick, hahah.
Has anybody here seen the play, Love Never Dies? It's the Broadway sequel to Phantom of the Opera, and as much as PotO has dominated my entire existence since the age of five, I've never seen LND! It'll be showing at my local movie theatre on the 28th, and I'm most definitely going (because it's Phantom of the Opera...I mean, I would die if it were so close and I didn't see it, hahah), but I haven't listened to any of the music or looked it up online, like most people have. I just want to know if I should maybe brace to be disappointed or be really super excited?
Because I'm pretty sure Raoul is like...a drunk in this one and Christine tries to leave him or something? I mean, I was rooting for Phantom the entire original play, book, movie, etc. but Raoul being a drunk doesn't seem to fit for me, hahah.

April, well, Clare's other series, the Mortal Instruments, literally changed me. I read all three in four days, and I was a shell of numbness and too many emotions to feel all at once. I was actually home sick for two days because my stomach was so twisted up over it! Clockwork Angel is the first in her prequel series to TMI, called the Infernal Devices. To me, the first one wasn't as good as her other books, but read it just for the sequel, which is Clockwork Prince, which brought back ALL those feelings. Oh my goodness, I couldn't feel anything after I finished CP. I don't know how I'll last until December for the third book to come out!

Tessa, sounds great! I'll have to look into it, but I don't know if I can afford to become addicted to another reading site. (;
Hi Diana! I hope you like it here! We're all very friendly and love talking about old books, too. (:
Hi Stef! Me, too, as for reading "real" books! The smell and feel of turning pages, especially. I love the feel of paper. (; Welcome to the group and we'll all be cheering you on as you go for your goal!
Hi Elizabeth! Doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day, right? You have our support and I look forward to talking with you in some of the other discussions!

*is still reading*
But hey!
(view spoiler)[Murtagh came in, and I like him, so it's a little less painful to get through, hahaha. (hide spoiler)]My goodness, I've never taken a week to read a book!
Orla wrote: "There's a film about Poe coming out this year I think so I want to get some of his stuff read before I see it."I saw the trailer when we saw Woman in Black! I think I nearly screamed I was so excited! I will definitely see that the DAY it comes out! (: I need to be finished with my Poe readings by the time it does though, so I can be sure of all the references!

Hi Ray! Pleased to meet you! (:

Yay Dalynn! You can do it! :D
Woo hoo, April! I'll definitely be joining youin celebration by tomorrow! (: I'm speeding through dinner and then I won't come out of my room until I'm done!
(view spoiler)[I know what you mean! I wanted to trust him SO badly, so I really hope he doesn't end up betraying everybody in one of the later books! I actually like him, even if he is a little sketchy! (hide spoiler)]

Dalynn, for some reason, I can't stand computer games either! I so wish I did, since didn't they make LotR free online? Instead, I have this really crappy Two Towers video game, that is surprisingly really hard! The entire first half of the game is recapping Fellowship, and it took me like, an hour to defeat the Nazgul when they were trying to stab Frodo!
Ahhhh, Zelda! <3 My introduction to video games at age five, hahha.
